Besides having the cleanest rugs since I purchased them, every person I was in contact with was knowledgeable and very nice to work with.
I was not told about an additional charge for steps. When I made my appointment, it was for the $99.00 cleaning for one regular room plus $8.00 for a fuel surcharge and I was expecting a total bill of $107.00 plus gratuity. In the end the tech charged me $15.00 less than expected for the cleaning but $75.00 additional for the steps. This equates to $61.00 additional then I was expecting.
I feel this was a 'bait and switch' technique from your company. My house is a tri-story home and I would never consent to paying an extra $5.00 per stair. In all, there are a total of 31 stairs in my home - luckily I was only planed on having my lower level cleaned this past weekend.
As I had guests arriving the following day and did not want to have to reschedule with another company, I agreed to have your tech stay and do the job. However, based on your additional surcharges for steps and the fact that I was not informed prior to his coming, I can not in good faith recommend your company.

Your service technicians are always so professional, polite and considerate. Never pushy.
Carpet was extremly clean and soft and no time at all to waite for it to dry. Would recommend to a friend and will be useing you in the future. The workers where polite and professtional.
We were tied up for a week from the first visit that was not satisfactory. The second visit ended with broken equipment. The third visit still left dirty grout over about 5% of tile surfaces. Carpet cleaning on the third visit was satisfactory. We would probably schedule carpet cleaning again but definitely not grout/tile cleaning. Contacts with workers were all friendly and courteous. Maybe it's your tile/grout cleaning equipment. Sorry.

That no chemicals were used.
We have used you before to clean the carpets and we were very happy with the process as well as your personnel who were very courteous and professional. This time we had the carpets and the tile done. We were very pleased with the way the tile came out being somewhat apprensive at the outset because we used a tile/grout specialist company before with disasterous results. You have earned our business and we will do this again in two years since it is just my wife and me along with our 2 mini Dachhounds so nothing gets to dirty in our large home. Thanks for your process and help with our home.

Andre was very good and thorough. Unfortunately he did not have red stain remover on the truck which I needed in one area. This would have probably removed the spot.

We used our Bissell Lift Off Deep Cleaner right after your team left and the water was dark, filthy and dirty. We decided to run our machine just to give it that little extra cleaning because we have pets. We believe that the spray, hot water and suction just didn't do the job. A topical clean was something we didn't need. $130 was not worth it and will not be using Zerorez again.

Whatever system you used, it was a lot more effective than our regular cleaners at Stanley! The added bonus was a great technician that seemed to really care about the quality of his work and no crunchy carpet the next day.

carpet turned out better than I had hoped for, looks so good I don't want to walk on it. Abonus, came in under phone quote.
Our carpets were so dirty and stained I didn't think anything would help. The carpeting now looks new. I truly did not think they would look this good. The stairs had looked worn and dark. I also like the idea of no residue. It's been two weeks and they still look pristine. Our service representative was professional and I would definitely have him come back.
Zerorez doesn't use harsh chemicals.
Zerorez got my carpets cleaner than any other company I have used... even the traffic areas.
I have referred Zerorez to many family members and friends. I had my son use Zerorez in Utah; and at my recommendation, my boss is using Zerorez this week on the carpets in the new office building he just purchased.
