It took a long time to dry and some areas are looking dirty already
The The Technician was prompt, the service fast, and we got some some good tips on keeping our carpet in shape.
You are prompt, courteous, the carpet is fresh (not crunchy) and the service persons are extremely competent and knowledgeable. I would never use any other service.

Carpets came out great. BUT, took alot lonmger to dry than what was told. 3-4 hours vs. the 16 hourw it took to dry. Expensive, but you get what you pay for.
First of all the serviceman, Brett, was so professional. Secondly, my carpet and sofa look fantastic, almost brand new. Great Job!!

The fact that there are no harmful chemicals used. The carpet seems to dry fairly quickly. The carpet looks brand new after it has been cleaned.

I was quoted $99 for carpet I said I had 4 chairs small kitchen Tech came and quoted me $180! Don't know how 4 small chairs would be more than a rug
