That you do not use soap. This was my first experience with Zerorez. So far, I am impressed with the product especially after using Stanley Steamer for many years.
I did not have the upholstery done due to the cost. I felt it was high. The carpet looks very good though !

I went online to get a quote and assumed that it would be less expensive based on the actual square footage. When Bobby showed up, I explained this to him and asked that he look at the space and let me know. He said that the price is the price and that you don't base your pricing off of square footage only the number of rooms. Bobby was very nice an was in and out. The carpet is cleaned, but the traffic area at top of my stairs didn't come out completely. $160 was too expensive. Also I had to pay with cash, which thankfully I had because he said he couldn't take a debit card because your system was down? He didn't have any change either so again thankfully I had the exact amount due.
First time user of Zerorez, very happy with quote and service done in a timely manner.

I liked how professional the technician was and that the product was safe for our dogs to walk on afterwards.
Price was good,have always used Stanley Steemer or a Rug Doctor,Dried faster,my wife said it felt softer when dry.Only complaint is did not receive a bill till the next day via email.Tech quoted me same amount but when looking at invoice I see that I was charged a fuel charge of $8.00 that was never disclosed until I recieved the email with the invoice.
When I made the appointment told the person I talk to to please be sure the technician be there at the morning because my schedule, well never got a call from anybody, I call the day before just to be sure my appointment was made. Got the surprise the time was done for 4 pm, had to call my sister to be sure she can be there for me. Give her cell to the person who answer my call to be given to technician, it never happen, the technician call me. No message was given to him. Thanks to the technician the was nice and wait for my sister to show up at the place. His work was excellent, but the dispatchers at Zerorez not that great.

Your price to clean 10 throw rugs 435.00. I have never paid tht much for our whole house of 2 bedrooms and livingroom & dinning room. Our whole house of carpeted. TOO HIGH TO CLEAN

The products that are used are wonderful. No residue is left on the carpets and they don't even need to be vacuumed after they dry. The carpets dry in a fast amount of time and there isn't that hard feeling when they have dried. They smell fresh and clean and look and feel amazing. I have recommeded zerorez to many of my friends and once they have used your services they haven't thought about using anyone else. Roy was great and has cleaned our carpets many times. His professional manner as well as his knowledge of the product is outstanding and I can't imagine having anyone else clean our carpets. Keep up the good work zerorez!
It is all natural and it really works. We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet because two cleaning services came to our house and said they could not clean it. My husband had heard a commercial on the radio about zerorez, so we called them. The carpet after they cleaned it, looked like new. Also, the technicians are professional and courteous. We would not call anyone but Zerorez in the future.

I've been using zerorez exclsively since I first used your company. I not only had my carpet cleaned yesterday, I had your employee, Ray, see if he could get my ceramic tile cleaned. Mind you that I have had professionals try to clean on four different occasions and have bought every conceivable product on the market and mixed the strongest concoctions imaginable on my own in an effort to get the tiles cleaned--all with far less than satisfactory results. I must say that I didn't really expect much so was truly amazed by the results. For the first time since my house was new, the tile in the bathroom and kitchen actually looked almost like new. I followed the cleaning up with four coats of sealer and now plan to have the rest of the tile cleaned within a couple of weeks. The ONLY drawback was the cost but even though it was more than I had expected, I am still a very satisfied customer. Not only does my carpet and tile look great, your employee, Ray, was courteous, efficient, friendly, and thorough. He made sure I was completely satisfied with the work he performed. I didn't think the carpets were that clean for that price. I think I overpaid for an ok service. I really liked the idea of a no residue clean, but it didn't come out as well as I'd hoped.
I am hoping that the spots don't return...and if they don't I will be recommending you to all of my friends.
