Water left all over the tile floors. Grout in tile full of white particles that I had to scrub out. Stain in area rug in living area was not removed.
Your service people are ALL very helpful and friendly. Your product really cleans not only our carpets but our tile too.
I like that there are no chemicals. The carpets came out looking great. All staff was extremely professional.There were no hidden charges, etc.
You came out to our home and looked over the job, all of the nuances and gave us a price of $378.00. Then on June 4th the guy came out to do the job, relooked at everything and the price jumped to $ 504.00. We didn't buy any more rugs, and the scatter rugs were taped down with carpet tape when the first guy looked to make the estimate. To make us feel right about the job we should be rebated monies to the original pricing.
Well I must say I have used Zerorez everytime I needed my carpets cleaned for the last 4 years and have been very satisfied with the work they do...until my recent last cleaning. The technican that was sent out to me this time did not do a very good job on cleaning my floor. He was unhelpful and seemed very rushed during the job. This time I feel I paid for a glorified vaccum. Very disappointed.=(
I like the idea of not using chemicals. It's also nice to know that there's no residue left behind.

I like that it's not just the same carpet-cleaning service, repackaged as a new idea. It's kind of a cheat though, 'cause I have a buddy who works for the company in Utah, so I know a little more than your average customer who only hears the radio ads.

I was pleased with the service when the technician was here and gave him good feedback in the book he asked me to sign. However, when I came home after the carpet had dried there were several yellow pet stains that had resurfaced and still smelled. I paid over $100 to have those removed. I called and left a message to call me back and fix the situation. It has been 3 days and no one has called. I just received an email stating that I had only paid for "non-guaranteed" pet stain removal and would have to now pay extra to have it guaranteed.
The teck was great but i did not see a difirenc from your product,from a lower priced company.i dont see the value with paying more for your service.win i could have payed less for the same resolt.the teck was great, and he took his time.
We've tried several different companies and Zerorez is by far the best. This is the second time that Brett Webster has done our carpet. He called before he came, he actually was early, he is professional, efficent and has a great personality. He knows what he is doing and he gets the job done right. Brett is a keeper.
