To my understanding Zerorez was suppose to leave little water in the carpets. Some of the areas done were wet for a full 24 hours. This is not what I expected.
cleans well and quickly. no scrubbing with a buffer which is not as hard on the carpet.
I felt very uncomfortable with the credit card processing. One of the rooms still has an odor.
Contact of your on site service representative, he was proud of his equipment and explained it's function.

With 2 small dogs in the house, I love the idea of not using soaps or chemicals. The tech who performed the work was very helpful and easy to talk to. He got it done in an afternoon and worked hard to accomplish it on time. I have already told several people how pleased my wife and I are.
Bait and switch pricing is not good. 99 for three rooms turned into 149 plus more for other area, dont mind the extra for other areas but am not happy with $260 to do a 1000sq ft condo carpet when 2 bathrooms and kitchen have vinyl
Your product is excellent! My carpets looked new. The person cleaning the carpets was did an excellent job. He was couteous, professional and very helpful about keeping the carpet looking new. I am very pleased with the service and will reccommend it to all my friends.

Treated very well by everyone. Techs are friendly and hard working when on the job. Love the no residue or order left behind. Our janitor also appreciates not having to go behind and clean the bottom of all the desks in the company because of being water spotted. Glad to have a working relationship with your company.
My carpets turned out AMAZING!! I'm glad I gave the company a second chance. I thought I was going to have to replace my carpet but it looks as good as new, I LOVE it!!
I really liked the fact that your representative, Brett, showed up on time (early!), was dressed professionally and very friendly. He also knew alot about our specific type of carpet. The carpets looked great when he was done - my husband keeps remarking that the carpet on the stairs - a problem area in our house - looks brand new! I love that the carpets dried quickly and aren't at all "crunchy", so to speak. We are already planning to have the upstairs done in the coming months.
