No chemicals....nearly dry when done....Shoe covers on your techs! Very personable techs who are also willing to teach about carpet care.
In both instances that I have used zerorez the personnel knew their job, were efficient, pleasant and not overbearing when explaining other services that zerorez provided.
My carpets came out way cleaner than they did the first time I used steam cleaning, and I also appreciated that the technician was not a pushy salesman type!

We still have a smell of urin in the rug even though we paid extra for the solution that was suppose to neutralize the odor.

Your technician Dave was very professional paying special attention to protect all of the corners of the walls in the house as he brought in the necessary hoses to complete the job.
there are still small stains scattered. i was not here when the carpets were cleaned, my husband was. if the tech spent as much time cleaning my carpets as he spent telling me how to take care of them they should have been spotless. the price was right but i guess you get what you pay for. sorry i wouldn't recommend you to my friends.
I had a large, thick shag-like rug in Ivory (big mistake) that had some pretty tough staining from shoe dirt on it. We had it cleaned once before by comany 'X' with so-so results. However this time, with little expectation of hope to get it clean, and it's next stop being tossed out, Zerorez gave it new life. Looks brand new.

The phone staff was very courteous and helpful. The gentleman who did the actual cleaning was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. The carpets looked great and there was no offensive odor left behind. It did take longer for them to dry than I expected but that was my only negative to the process.
