I truly never thought I would see the true color of my carpet again . I've had animals and people moving in and out and with work boots and all outside soot on the carpet I was discouraged .. thought ok I have to rip it out and start over. Well I am so thrilled that I do not have to go to that extent right now.. my carpets look great I am so pleased with a job well done
You quoted me 5 rooms called a hallway a 6 th room had a 3 room for 99 special would not give me two specials with the specs the way you charged I
Ended up paying an extra 50.00 more for the hallway

I appreciated the fact the service person was on time. He explained his procedure to me and went directly to work. He asked me to check his work before he finished, and I did, and I asked him to hit a couple places over again and he did.
The price ended up a little mor than I had planned. I did get the pet spray as an extra.
I thought the finished product looked really nice and I wouldn't hesitate having Zerorez back again.
I'm hoping that the dirt will not return for a couple of months. If that happens I will be scheduling an appointment to have the rugs cleaned every six months.
The guy who came to clean my carpets was very friendly! He made sure that he was very thorough in his work...even had me check his work to make sure I was happy. I am very impressed!
