No soap and stays clean for longer than conventional carpet cleaners!
I was really impressed with the quality of the work that was done and especially with Ray who cleaned our carpet he was very professional and made sure I was pleased with the job he did. The only reason I would not call you back again was the price. I paid $512.00 to have my carpet cleaned which I feel is just too expensive.

The young man who cleaned our carpets really knew carpet cleaning. He explained before hand what he was going to do and why. He worked hard and did a fabulous job. He is to be commended for his thorough work.

The agent that arrived to complete the work was arrogant and only focused on the up-sale. He completely disregarded any customer service and tried to charge me more than needed. I asked him specifically to clean a rug that had been cleaned multiple times by other carpet cleaning companies and even your company. However, this associate refused my request, but advised he would gladly do it for an additional charge. The agent then told me that he would have to assess each tiny spot I asked him to spot clean so he could charge me for them--WHAT!!!? Are you kidding me with this type of customer service?
I was very disappointed with your agent. The reason I went with your company in the first place was due to a prior agent doing a FANTASTIC job. When I mentioned the prior agent, this current agent advised he was no longer with the company and shouldn't have done what he done for me. From a customer service point of view the prior agent did exactly what he was supposed to do and this agent did exactly the opposite. Oh well, I will not be returning as a customer. Go ahead and keep up-selling people, you will eventually keep losing your customer base.

I think the carpet cleaning was just average.
You did what you were advertised to do! The carpets look great, free from sticky residue and STAINS! My only complaint is that the stairs did not clean up as well as I would have hoped, but, to be fair, they are the most abused area of our house, carpet-wise. I will use Zerorez again and again!

I have always been very pleased with your service and have recommended it to my friends and family. Although, my last service was not to my standards with zerorez. There was a pet stain that was treated that is still there. Your company has always been able to remove them and I have been very pleased. I will still recommend your service.

we use the same person for our floors and he does a great job. He's in and out and the job is always great. wonderful service. And have had no problems with products.
The service/carpet employee (Bob) who cleaned my carpet and upholstery was very accommodating and he did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets. I am always pleased with Zeroz's service and the people who work for them. They also always call to let me know they are on their way which is always helpful to know.
People doing job are nice, polite and very through in their work. Take pride in making the rugs look good. I will only use Zero Rez and recommend you to all my friends and neighbors. Great job. Torry too! Always very helpful.

Our carpets stay clean between cleanings which are every 6 months. Our tech, Roy Lewis, is the best and we request him. He's thorough and knowledgeable and has consistently done the best job for us. We get more business cards each visit and give them to new neighbors and other friends.
Great results! The Zerorez prosess really brought our carpets back to life and restored their color. Friendly service on the phone and at the home was excellent. I would reccomend this company to everyone.

Professional technician .... carpet soft and clean like new.
We had three rooms cleaned, the living room, dining room, and hall. The high traffic area by the door looks good because I pointed out that those parts needed to be done. But the rest of the floor look the same, and now we have stains in the hallway and living room from the hose that was used. It is the length of the entire hallway plus in the living room to the front door. Of course this wasn't noticeable til the floors dried. Not very happy at all, would not recommend the service to anyone.
Cost is the only prohibitive factor. Your tech. did a fine job and we are please with the work he did.
It took several phone calls before someone finally came to our facility to measure for the estimate. It has now been a week and we still have not recieved the estimate.
Your products keep rugs looking like new. Our rug is 25 years old but with your cleaning method it show wear but still looks great. The rug stays clean much longer than other cleaning methods. The cleaning takes out the worst spots. Your multi surface cleaner cleans and shines any surface. I use it all the time.
Everything!!! Brett was so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He was so nice, very professional, friendly and kind, and he cleaned our carpets in a very professional manner. I LOVE Zerorez! And I love my newly, clean carpet with no odor and a nice soft feeling on my feet!

I like that there is no soap residue. I am hoping that the dirt spots will not reappear like with traditional cleaners.
