That no cheicals or soap are used. My whole family have allergies. The technician was

My appt was changed after going accross town 27 miles, I was told I would be given a discount for this none applied. I was not told about a gas surcharge, the technician who showed did not want to do the job tried to talk us out of doing the job going so far as to say he really didn't think it was needed, It was full of tar of course it needed it. I have used this service before and was charged for a 3 bedroom, this was supposed to be a 3 bedroom special, we discussed ahead of time we would use the 2 bedrooms and the hall and bathroom as the third room I was charged seperately for the hall and bathroom. The smell is absolutely no different than before your service was performed. No difference., I expected some difference in smell, but none. The home has been painted, the blinds changed out, the duct work cleaned and last was the carpet it did nothing.
The representative was prompt. The application result was excellent.
Friendly courteous serviceman. Carpet and chairs looked new.

The technician explained everything and offered a test area done to see if we would like how it would turn out. Carpet came out cleaner than we thought it could.

What a great job! Horrible stains removed and the carpet looks like new! Amazing and much appreciated! It made a difference of well more than $ 1,000 in the listing price of the home by eliminating any "carpet" issues which also insures a quicker offer.

THE SERVICE PERSON THAT WAS SENT OUT (NAME WAS ROY )WAS WONDERFUL. HE WAS HONEST AND FARE ABOUT THE BID ON THE JOB, EVEN TALKED ME INTO SCOTCH GUARDING. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB THAT I'M QUITE SATISFIED WITH BUT HE DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO DO A SMALL SOFA AND OTTOMAN THAT I'D WANTED DONE BECAUSE HE WAS CALLED TO ANOTHER JOB. WHERE MY PROBLEM WAS, WAS WITH THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE ( NAME WAS PAULA ), WHEN I'D MADE THE APPOINTMENT I'D SET THE TIME TO BE 1:00 TO 4:00 SO I'D BE ABLE TO WORK THE MORNING, PAULA CALLED AND LEFT, ON MY ANSWER MACHINE AS A REMINDER THAT THEY'D BE HERE AT 10:00, I CALLED HER BACK WHEN I GOT HOME TO STRAIGHTEN OUT THE TIMES AND SHE SAID THAT I HADN'T SET A TIME WHEN I FIRST CALLED SO THEY PUT ME IN AT 10:00. I EXPLAINED TO HER THAT I HAD SET A TIME KNOWING THAT I COULDN'T BE HOME BY 10:00 DUE TO MY WORK SCHEDULE, SHE GOT SHORT WITH ME SAYING THAT IF I COULDN'T BE HOME WHEN I WAS SCHEDULED THAT I'D HAVE TO RESCHEDULE. I'D ALREADY WAITED OVER 2 WEEKS SO I COULD GET THE DAY AND TIME THAT WOULD FIT INTO MY SCHEDULE NOT TO MENTION I'D ALREADY PULLED ALL THE FURNITURE OUT OF THE ROOMS I WAS HAVING DONE AND HAD VACCUMED, AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO HER HER RESPONSE WAS I COULD BE HOME BY 10:00 OR RESCHEDULE, I TALKED HER INTO MAKING IT 10:30 AND IF I COULDN'T BE HOME THEN I'D HAVE A NEIGHBOR LET THE PERSON IN. DUE TO THE SHORT NOTICE OF BEING SCHEDULED FOR A TIME THAT I HADN'T CHOSEN I ENDED UP HAVING TO CANCEL ALL MY PATIENTS FOR THE DAY SO I COULD BE HERE WHEN IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR YOUR SCHEDULER. AT 12:30 I CALLED AND TALKED TO A VERY NICE LADY NAMED TORRY TO FIND OUT IF THE CLEANER WAS COMING OR HAD THIS PAULA CANCELED MY APPOINTMENT ALL TOGETHER, SHE PUT ME ON HOLD, FOUND HIM AND CAME BACK TO LET ME KNOW THAT HE WAS NOW ON HIS WAY. WHEN HE GOT HERE HE SHOWED ME HIS NOTE THAT SAID TO SHOW UP AFTER 10:30,IT WAS 10 MINUTES TO 1;00 WHEN HE ARRIVED. MY TIME IS VERY PRECIOUS TO ME AND MY PATIENTS, I HAD MADE AN APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE THAT I COULD AND WOULD KEEP, SOMEONE AT YOUR END DROPPED THE BALL AND IT COST ME. EVERYONE I ASSOCIATE WITH LIVES THIS SAME LIFE STYLE, SO TO REFER A COMPANY THAT HAS SUCH LITTLE REGARD FOR OTHERS TIME IS NOT VERY LIKELY EVEN THOUGH THE JOB ROY DID WAS WONDERFUL.
