The professionalism by the workers and their appearance. They were very prompt for the appointment and went about the cleaning as soon as the showed up. Excellent job on the carpenting.
It did not flare my allergies. Brandon was friendly, knowledgeable, and got more out of my carpet than I thought was possible. It looks fabulous! We will have you come back to do the rest of the house when we are ready!
The rug feels clean and not stiff and sticky
The rug looks fantastic and is odorless. The serviceman that has come is great. He calls beforehand and is always very nice!
The carpets were clean and just as important Andrew and Danny were extremely professional and friendly.
I was mostly pleased with the service, progress and results I initially saw. I thought this is going to be great. The carpet seemed to come out nice with the exception of a couple of stains that I understood may not come out. However as the tile dried and I was able to inspect it I noticed a couple of spots that I ended up cleaning on my hands and knees. I have seen my wife do a better job with baking soda and hydrogen peroxide. For the cost I expected more.
The pre pet stain remover really works. It also sanitizes. There is no smell from cleaning fluids as the carpet is drying and afterwards.

Everything was explained to us about the process, our carpet, the pricing, and alternatives that we may choose. Andrew, the technician, pointed out a place in the carpet next to the tile which was beginning to fray and loosen. I told Andrew that we had noticed that area but had been planning on replacing the entire carpet sometime in the future. He told me that it was repairable and he had the tools to make that happen. I told him to try it and was pleasantly surprised when I saw the results. Now we can put off buying new carpet for awhile longer. The cleaning of the carpet went quickly. We were very satisfied with the results. When friends ask me about carpet cleaning I will definitely recommend Andrew and Zerorez.

The men who came to our home cleaned our carpets in record time which was too fast in our
opinion. They told us there would be very little water/residue left in the 3 rooms but to our dismay, our carpets remained wet/damp for 3 long days which is totally unacceptable.
One of the men started upselling other features the entire time they were in our home which we had specifically said we did not want and we were also told by Zerorez office that Zerorez does not upsell other features.
We had to run ceiling fans and regular fans for 3 days before we could move our furniture back in the rooms.....bad experience for sure!!!! Shame on us for giving them a tip.
The whole gimmick was to upsell other features, rather than concentrate on a thorough cleaning process and making sure to remove the residue.
It would be very difficult to recommend Zerorez to our neighbors or friends.

how clean the carpets came, and that there wasn't any soap used, the two men were very professional and tool care on how they moved around the house.
Professionalism, Courtesy and Knowledgeable
Many of the chairs needed a much better cleaning, we had to have the tech re-do several of them. Some of the chairs have upholstered arms and they didn't come very clean at all. He appeared to be in too big of a hurry. Granted we had about 52 chairs and it took 4 hours rather than the 2 we were quoted but we expected that. I think he just should have taken more time to do a more thorough job.

I liked the $99 for three rooms, but pricing goes WAY up after that point! It wouldn't have been such a shock if the person on the phone could have given me a little more info on pricing. I would have used your services either way because I have heard great things. The person that came to clean the carpets was very friendly and professional, he did a great job.
