The service tech is and was outstanding! The bedroom carpet was not quite as clean as I had hoped it would be after it had dried. I am sure that he tech had done the best he felt could be done, and found him to be very much an asset to your company.
The work was done quickly and most effectively. The carpet looks really good.

It seems every time we try to get a service, someone on your end drops the ball and they do not show up when scheduled. We have to make things work within our business, so rescheduling turns into a hassle. When we had Zerorez come out two months ago because a child threw up in our showroom, they did not bring a pretreatment (was never offered); so after it was cleaned, the stain came back. But it was after the 15 day period you allow to have someone fix it. The second guy that came out was excellent and took his time, unlike the first guy that seemed to rush through it. Overall, I would not recommend.
The guys cleaning knew what they were doing and the product cleaned very well.

There were three stains in one of the bedrooms that was not treated and did not come out after the carpet dried. The tech confirmed he got them out. And; the entire process took a total of 20 minutes for three large upstairs bedrooms.... I do not believe the carpets were cleaned within your normal standards of protocol.

they are pet friendly, no chemicals. So far the stains have not come back. It has only been one day. Lets hope that the stains do not come back.

My carpets are clean, soft, and fresh. Though I would appreciate that 30 minute arrival call. I've been told I would receive one and have not the last three times I have had my carpets cleaned.

EXCELLENT CLEANING PROCESS. HAVE RESERVATIONS ABOUT HOW ROOMS (SPACE) BEING CLEANED IS "COUNTED" WHEN ONLY "WALK AREAS" ARE BEING CLEANED - NONE OF FURNITURE BEING REMOVED. CAN GET WAY TOO PRICEY WHEN JUST COUNTING ROOMS AND NOT ACTUAL AREA BEING CLEANED.
There were some traffic wear or stains that I expected would "come up" better than it did. There were also some furniture footprints I also expected gone after the carpet treatment. I have heard your company advertized on KDWN & KXNT for years by folks like Heidi Harris, Alan Stock, Kevin Wall all stating how wonderful your service and product is. The service was polite both on the phone as well as the tech in the field. The product fell short.
