I like the process of not using detergents to clean my throw rugs; my rugs looked wonderful after the cleaning. The technician was knowledgable, fair and vey congenial.
great customer service even for just inquiries and scheduling
You have charged $ 400.00 for cleaning and taking all wrinkles away (Ironing). You have tried twice to " convince" me to agree to additional charges for "Ironing". I did not agree to additional charges. As a result you have delivered wrinkled Curtains,which were Ironed by a third party within few hours. I disputed the full amount of your charge, since you did not do your job!!!!. Citi credit card was not convince that your job was not done well. I do have excellent photos of the curtains. I will file a small claim court against you, where a " human Judge" will decide if I am right and you are wrong.

We found Andew to be professional and courteous. Dispatcher advised a 2-3 day turn around from date of estimate, so I was quite surprised when Andrew completeld the job on the day of estimate. The only issue is the $99.00, 3 room special, as we had a 5th Wheel cleaned and that square footgage doesn't equate to one room, so different pricing for recreational vehicles would be extremely advantageous to gain the RV business. Would definitely use and recommend Zerorez.

I was disappointed that my sheepskin rug didn't come out cleaner than it did after two tries, but overall the service was great. The reps were courteous.
I like the idea of the reps wearing shoe covers when entering my house although the delivery rep did not.
I like the way the techs arrive on time and give the cost prior to starting the work. Also my carets look amazing after cleaning.

Didn't live up to quoted price. Service man was able to define extra rooms in the house even though there were no walls (always a good thing to define a room). Service man said the quoted price was a mistake and said the person I talked to about the price quoted a Dallas price. I'm sure whatever I suggest will fall and deaf ears and you won't try to correct these types of transgressions...........So I won't even try.
My carpets in my rental in Sun City Summerlin have never looked so good !!---So freah and super clean.--Your rep. recommended cleaning the kitchen tile !!---Thank God !!--Another super job !!--
