Great service, commitment to testing it right. When we thought there was still a stain left, Zerorez sent the associate back out. Our carpet looks great.

I was told it would cost me only $105, but I was charged $182. It was a very small house, I told them it was a single story less than 1600 sq ft house, 2 small bedroom and a small den, I was told when I called that it will only be $105 for that small house. I'm a Realtor and I have several rental house, I was hoping I can get a fare price from you, but I was very disappointed. I hate to be gouged at the last moment. I assure you that I'll tell my office and all my associate of m experience with your co.

although some pet stains could not be erased i WAS HAPPY ABOUT HOW SOON THE CARPET DRIED.i LIKED THAT HE DIDNT TRY TO UPSELL and actually adjusted the price quoted me downward afterseeing the area.

The carpets look great, the technician was great too. I am just disappointed that I called and specifically asked for a day that would allow me to be first on the list. I spoke with a woman who assured me that would be the case. I was disappointed to find out that after I had made that appointment another person was placed in front of me. When I called yesterday morning to inquire why the technician wasn't there yet, I was told that they put a "quick estimate client" in front of me and that he would be there very shortly. He didn't arrive until 10:15 - I feel like Zerorez is doing a bit of a bait and switch or "say anything" to get the appointment booked and it is disappointing.
All of the extra fees were not discussed prior to coming out. I would not have used the service if I had known that I was going to have so many extra charges. Carpet came out clean and cleaner was nice, I just felt like every little thing was extra and if I wanted it the price was double. Not good.
Your service tech was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets in the home we recently purchased were filthy from the previous owners. The Zerorez cleaning process made the carpets look new again. Thank you!

The first time we used your service the job was incomplete. I had to spot-clean several areas. After informing you of the problems, you sent us a $25 discount coupon for future service. We just had four rooms cleaned on June 6th, but the service person did not take the coupon or reduce the bill. He quoted us the same amt. as your phone quote. Unless this is put right, do not expect us to use you again or recommend your service to anyone. (A $25 refund check would make this right.)
This was our second time to use Zerorez. After using steam cleaning for several years, always happy with the initial result but soon having a build-up of residue and the carpet quickly getting dirty, we were so happy to try Zerorez and not have the build-up and residue on our carpet!. Very pleased with the lasting result!

I was surprised that you did not get up a little spot of washable marker that was on the carpet. When I noticed you didn't get it off I took a washrag with water and was able to blot it right up.
Carpets are clean, dry fast and smell and feel fresh. Technicians have always been efficient and well versed in your products.
First name removed't bump up the price you advertise. (i.e. truck running fee while cleaning the carpet). They tell you that fee on the phone (after you hear the radio ad + 10 times) when you make the reservation, which puts the whole relationship into a state of apprehension before the serviceman ever arrives. He did a good job & up sold me another $150. I felt you were too expensive for the stairs (I still reluctantly bought) but the serviceman was up front with me on prices & I bought anyways. Again he did a good job & was most professional. I would highly recommend him.
I like the no chemical approach. Results were great, technician was hard working, professional, had answers for all my questions, knew his business and seemed to care about what he was doing. Excellent. See you next time.

I like that my carpet looks new again. Your company has been the only one that took away the "gray dingy look" to my light beige carpet. I have tried other companies in the past, but the carpet still looked dirty. I just wish it could stay as nice as it looks now forever!!

Carpet was really bad with pet stain. I paid way more then I expected to pay, but the carpet looks amazing. I just hope it stays that way for a while.
