Friendly serviceman that came to pick up my rugs and it was very easy to schedule!

The scheduling window is too wide. A 2 hour window with a 15 to 30 minute notification would be more appropriate.
I was surprised & disturbed to have an $8.00 fuel charge added to my bill.

I like the lack of chemicals, the friendly and on time technician, Roy. I also liked how soft and clean my carpets get from the treatment, and the Spotter cleaner works great.
Every time my dogs get my carpets filthier than I think is possible to clean ....you guys to the rescue!!!

I have used your business prior to this time and first Tech before was great. I did not appreciate this tech leaving my rocks in my front landscaping all messed up from the hoses; the carpet was much more wet than last time and took way too long to dry; the residue left on my tile outlining my carpet was ridiculous! So sticky! My grout was white & we had to scrub it off the grout. I did not have that mess when the first tech came to my house. Obviously the tech that cleaned our carpet on August 8th was either in a hurry or does not have much pride. Please find out who did my carpet the first time around & only allow him to come do my carpets. I would appreciate that. Thank you. Name removed
I thought carpet would have looked cleaner. Employee said rug was worn. Can't rug be clean and worn?
The carpet has never looked better! The gentlemen who came to my home were very informative and let me know what they were doing thanks for a job well done.
I wasn't happy about waiting like you are the able company. But the guy performing the work was personable and my carpet has never been as thoroughly cleaned. Five stars!
