Products seemed to work for the mostpart, did have a couple areas that I was a little disappointed with the results. Everything seemed clean and no lasting odors of anykind. The service rep was professional & personable, on time and explained the process. I did call the office with a couple conserns upon completion of the drying. There were lines in the carpet,2 rooms from the equipment and it was suggested that after I vacumed them they would vanish. Guess that will take a couple times for that to happen. I had recommended your company to a friend who had their carpets + done a week before mine who were very pleased.
Our carpet was noticeably cleaner upon completion. We did have scheduling issues.
Your service tech was a really good guy. Courteous , and very hard worker. The job was better than expected. I would recommend you to all my friends, also I am a general contractor and will call again for projects I work on.

i paid alot of money for my carpet stairs and chairs the cleaning didnt get the stains out so they had to come back and do it a second time. the carpet still does not look very clean and for my chairs, none of stains came out. it upsetting to spend almost 300.00 and have my chairs and carpets look the way they do.
Make sure the carpets are s dry as possible when you leave

They were only here for maybe 20 minutes. I had other things going on also. I didn't feel the need to follow them. After they left I realized that they had not moved anything that I said that I would like moved. It was not worth it. I would like them to come back and finish.

I like the quality of work and the professionalism of the employees.
I didn't think there was much hope for my heavily trafficked once white carpet, but after Joe from Zerorez cleaned it, it is white again and feels great. Our stamped concrete floor was also cleaned and it lightened up considerably. The whole house looks incredible!
