I like the way the carpet looked after it was cleaned and the stains it removed
The technician was very professional and the actual cleaning was impressive.

Great service..... very happy HOWEVER I was given a cost of $73.00 on the phone for my stairs ONLY. When tech got here it went up to $99.00. Other than that happy with the job.
You clearly have trained, informative professionals working for you. Our tech was very knowledgeable and did a great job.
Zerorez can improve by working on their communication a bit better. Example, when saying you will come in on a Thursday and don't show up till Saturday without a notice is unacceptable.

We were very pleased wtih the service that our technician Josh gave. He was able to prove to us that the carpet we had purchased was not nylon like we were lead to believe and that we had paid for. He was very knowledgeable about the cleaning methods and gave us great ideas on what to due to help keep our carpets cleanier longer and keep them from wearing so quickly.
The process was very quick and the gentleman who performed the service was very informative and efficient.
No smell fast drying and super clean carpets
I got my carpet and tiled cleaned. The carpet is great, but I am not happy with the tile at all. I payed a lot to get it cleaned and when my mom came over right after it was cleaned she could not even tell. There is a big sticky part and the corners look like they were not even touched. I would like them cleaned again.

It was quick, worked great, and the technician was nice and knowledgeable. A few stubborn stains remain but overall my carpet and tile look great.
Friendly people...carpets look good
We have pet odor that we paid extra for and the smell is worse now after the cleaning it seemed like the technician was in such a hurry that he unfortunately didn't meet our requests. Now I will be using my own machine to get the odor out and will probably not be a returning customer.

You need better coordination in the office. When calling, never really got any answers.
Took too long for my small rug to be cleaned back at your office. Two weeks to clean a rug?
Josh was very nice and did a good job describing things, but did not tell me it could take up to two weeks for cleaning.
Job done was good, but I think the price is a little higher than other companies I've used in the past that have done just as good job and I had more rooms cleaned.
