My carpet had VERY bad traffic area stains, Ellis said if he used Brush up for $50 more it would mostly get them out but WITHOUT the brush up it would still look a lot better..... It did when he left, as it dried the Black greasy looking stains came back out, so it doesn't look much better.

What can you do? I'm not sure, come back and reclean ONLY those high traffic areas in the 2 small rooms with the Brush up for the $50 only? It's up to you what you would like to do to help me. I know you would be embarassed for me to tell anyone that saw my carpet that you cleaned it....

The service was excellent, the tech. was very nice and productive and Andre did a great job on 20year old carpets.

But as a service to your customers you could provide them if they need them is a set of shoe booties just for customer relations. ""Just saying"

I was excited to get zerorez in to clean my carpets after I heard Scott Gentry talk about how well the carpets look after the cleaning. I am disappointed after my cleaning. I can still see some dark spots on my carpet and I don't feel zerorez cleaned my carpet well at all. My technician also broke a vase and I am waiting to hear about compensation for my vase.

Well the guy ran out of water, and then we were charged a lot more than the estimated price.

Overpriced. Already had another service clean our carpets, tile flooring with sealant, and area rug for $400 less than your serviceman quoted us.

When calling on the phone we were a bit apprehensive, the phone contact we had was less than desirable. When Andre Moton came, we were not sure if we would have the carpets cleaned or not, but he was wonderful. We DID have them cleaned and Andre did a marvelous job and was very profession and personable. He was a joy to work with. The rugs look great. Thank you Andre....

I like how the carpet feels so clean underfoot after using Zerorez.

Stains was still in the carpet when the cleaner finished. I had to reclean the stains in the carpet. He cleaned a 1700 sq. ft. in less than 45 mins. ??? what stains in the carpet I recleaned the water was black not brown. The service was not what worth what I paid. I will not use your company again.

This company was recommended by a friend who has her own business of property management. I had used another company a month before for my own home, and was very unhappy with the results. So when one of our rentals was empty and we needed the carpet cleaned, we used Zerorez. The results were wonderful. We didn't have anything special done, but the carpet came out much cleaner than our carpet at our home which is much newer. Very happy and will use Zerorez for all our 4 homes.

I love your services. The only input is that last time they used a great smelling fragrance at the end and my house smelled wonderful for days. This time they did not provide this service which was greatly disappointing. I will use your services again but would appreciate your after treatment to be used.

HOW IT CLEANS!! And no soap residue. My service provider, Roy, is great. He does a wonderful job and is so careful around my furniture, etc. He is also very knowledgeable about your product and procedures and explains exactly what he's doing and how it works. He is very courteous, respectful and provides outstanding customer service!

Quality service and product

Too soon to tell. Your associate who did the job was very professional. I would certainly ask for him if I select your company in the future.

No heavy equipment enters the home and the cleaning process was effective and leaves no residue so the carpet should stay clean longer than when a detergent is used. The technician was friendly, accommodative, and a very efficient worker.

Not hard or crusty like other competitors

Ellis was very accommodating and worked very hard to complete the job even though he was not feeling well. It is the fact that there were drips of water left on the marble tiles
which left the floor sticky and not easily removed. We had to wash the entire flooring with hot soap and water to remove the residue. There was a huge stain in the bedroom which we thought would not come out and Ellis tried very hard to remove it. It had been there for almost a year. We did however, attempt to try removing it ourselves and with a scrub brush and some Oxy Clean the stain came out. You can come see for yourself before the new owners move in. Sorry, but the price was not commiserate with the outcome.

This time I wasn't as impressed as the last time we had you to our home. The carpet didn't dry for 24 hours and that worried me. I will still get you next time and recommend you. I just hope next time is better. Also, I felt like the person who came to our home was trying too hard to promote other products.
