Ellis was here on Tuesday from Zerorez and he did an exceptional cleaing of my carpets. I have had other service people from you company because I have veen using Zerorez for several years now and I was so impressed by his services. When I scheduled my appointment, I asked to clean 4 rooms, and four small area rugs. I was quoted a price of $197. When the technician arrived, he measured the area rugs (2 runners, and 2 4'x 5'). He stepped off each rug, and said it would be an additional $100. I could not afford to do them all, so I just had two of them cleaned.
I suggest you let customers know in advance the charges for area rugs, giving them prices for a verity of sizes.

very large stains left in carpet. I used some carpet shampoo on stains. I was able to remove them. that makes Zerorez look bad.
My carpets are so soft, no residue. Amazing how clean they are without you using soap. I am impressed and will only use zerorez from here on out.

The carpet was FILTHY and had not been cleaned for many years. It looks fantastic, feels great and they did it in less time than estimated. I could not be more pleased!
Extended hours (24hrs?) for customer service. They were able to set a convenient time for carpet cleaning the very same day. The cleaning process was much quicker than I expected. The pricing was very reasonable. The #1 best thing though was the technician, Anthony. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about the chemistry of carpet cleaning and enjoyed talking about it with us. Big bonus when I see a service guy enjoy and take pride in his work. It made me feel confident he would do a thorough and efficient job, and he did! I will request him in the future and continue to call ZeroRez for carpet/ furniture/ air duct cleaning.

I am not really satisfied with the job done by andrew, based on the advertisement the carpet will look like new, may be it depends on who does the shampoo.

Be more upfront about extras such as the scotchguard and the extra $ for bigger rooms. I was "quoted" one price and ended up paying twice as much. I felt like I was told one price then charged another. Definitely hadn't planned or budgeted for how much I ended up spending.
Technician went about his business very fast and efficient. Carpets came out exceptionally clean.Drying time was significantly shorter than previously used cleaners.
