The young man that provided us the service was great, however the young lady that took our call and made the appointment was rude and curt, I have used many carpet cleaners in this town and never have been told so boldly " be sure your carpets are vacumed before the appointment .

I was very happy with the associate that did my cleaning. There were severe animal pee spots in the home we had just bought. Jason did a nice job and was as honest with me as he could be based on what was visable on the surface of carpet. It did clean up bueatifully, however.... The soultion he used in the one area to clean the deep set stains did not work as well as we had hoped it would. As a result of the cleaning we were forced to pull up carpet and remove it. The smell of the carpet being wet was something no one could live with. I am dissapointed I spent $400 to have my carpets cleaned and then have to remove them the next day. I just had a very unhappy experience with Zerorez. Not the cleaning itself, but the “rip-off” as we used to call it.
My wife is a real estate agent with one of Prudential Americana’s largest and most successful teams. I’m helping my wife with the cleaning and preparation of a rental property (coincidentally it’s my nephew’s house). At her recommendation I called Zerorez. I was quoted approx. $170+ for LR, Basement, Master BR and 2 small BR’s. I hadn’t seen the property until I opened it up for the cleaner (Jan? John?). He recognized he had cleaned the property last October (5 months ago). Also, the owner has spent very little time there for over a year. We could still see the vacuum head streaks in the carpet. There is no furniture in the house. I told the operator I really didn’t want to clean anything now that I’d seen it, as it didn’t need to be cleaned, but would pay him for showing up. He made it clear to me that I’d had to do the minimum of $107.00. That included 2 rooms and 6 stairs steps. He indeed went thru the process in approx. of clean for about 15 minutes.
I paid him and that’s the end of it. However, although I’ve used Zerorez on my own homes before, and my wife has recommended you as well………we’re done. And maybe the other 16 agents she works with. All your good slogans don’t mean s..t. Where’s the good will, understanding and cooperation?

HOW CLEAN THE CARPETS GET.
Give a credible explanation about how your cleaning process works. "By ionization" is not enough. You do use a chemical so tell us what it is and how the ionizing process works. Your customers are not dummmies and don't need to be patronized.
Traffic areas are still dirty and areas where carpet meets tile are dirty. First time you cleaned was absolutely great.
