Was told the grout would be restored to natural color being a grayish color... Still fairly black
and when i ran a scrubber over it and wiped with paper towel, paper towel was dirty... It would
be nice if it could be redone, or refund would be good... Technician was polite, its just the job was
nothing like i expected.

Make sure people know how long it will take before carpets are dry. Andre was great. No residue like some carpet cleaning.
I feel that the service was good and the carpets look great however living in a motorcoach and knowing the amount of carpet that we have I feel that you are overpriced. We live in 350 sq. feet and about half of that is carpeted. I would use you again if the price was adjusted.
Do a great job and without harsh residue
We were told that stains were "guaranteed" not to come back. The stains came back. We are not pleased, and we will be calling to find out just what the "guarantee" means. In the meantime, we are telling our neighbors about the unsatisfactory results.

The tech that came to service our home was excellent!

I had three rooms cleaned. Master bedroom smelled like wet dog for days after cleaning. Bedroom had a chocolate milk spill and after cleaning it smelled like moldy milk for days until it dried completely. I don't think Zerorez cleans deep enough to get all of the soil, animal dander, and spills out of the carpets.
I have had you in the past and been very satisfied, but this time I felt the young man could have placed booties on his shoes (which the previous person had done) and he finished rather quickly! I was not completely satisfied with my staircase and asked to have it redone which he did and then he applied booties. I also felt the previous person spent more time and this time it was rushed through. For the price, he could have been a little more thorough!
I had my tile done the solution that you use is not smelly and it made it look brand new!
While the carpets look fantastic it still is pretty expensive. There should be a whole house discount.

Josh was terrific, explained treatment and options on the stains for each room. Understood what I wanted and didn't push to hard for the things I didn't want. Great employee, great work ethic, over all very pleased with results.

Roy was very nice and so far we are thrilled with the results........the stairs look great and they were a mess. Sometimes the spots return, I am hoping they are gone for good. The agent/technician that did the job was very good. He explained everything and was honest
& open. That alone is worthy of my recommendation to others. I must say that the service
is a little pricey as the results seem to be about what they are with other Companies. Maybe if we got rid of Obama & Harry things might not cost so much.

First off, technician was very professional, polite and thorough. He did an excellent job on 2 of the 4 rooms. Unfortunately, the carpet in our master bedroom was only OK and, while the casita carpet was quite soiled, he was unable to get it cleaned to my satisfaction. He explained the fundamental problem in getting these carpets as clean as the other rooms, but the bottom line is - he was unable to get 2 bedrooms as looking good as I expected.
