The young man who was informative and exacting with his work and who politely answered my questions and also how nice my carpets were after his cleaning them. I am so happy I used your service and at the suggestion (after my question)he indicated I should have my carpets cleaned every six months. It got the job done.
The technicians who came out (Jason and Ellis) were knowledgeable and worked well together as a team. Although I paid more than I had originally anticpated, they did a good job getting the traffic pattern out and restored my carpet to its (almost) original luster.
The service technician was great. Very professional and nice. I wanted my living room cleaned (aprox. 330 sq. ft) and my stairs done. I was told that the stairs would cost an additional $5 per step. I have 13 steps. I feel that due to the fact that your special offer was for three rooms at 200 sq. ft ea for a total of 600 sq. ft, I think ZeroRez could have offered to complete the stairs as part of the promotional price. Also, less than two hours after the work was completed for $129.00, I heard a radio adverstisement with a lower promotional price for the same square footage (the Dave Ramsey promotion) for only $99. It should have been offered to me as well. I would recommend ZeroRez based on the quality of the work and the service tech, but will warn all that I talk to that you are not consistent with your promotional pricing.

Just got to use dining room set and found rust spots under all the chairs. They as well as other furniture should have had plastic protectors under legs to prevent stains on the carpet. Please let me know what you can do to rectify this. Home phone Phone number removed

Quality service and results
The service associate was very courteous and professional. The carpets came out looking almost new again. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
Spot treatment made some small spots into a couple of very large spots using the flooding method. Needed to keep extracting water from flooded area as the areas in question were still very wet a ful day and a half later. Generally, very friendly and made great effort to get the carpets clean. Took an extra day to get the receipt for service via email.
The dog urinated on the wall by the closet in the master bedroom, drying on the carpeting. I hoped Zerorez could get the odor out (the stain is gone). The odor is still quite strong. I will have to try something else. Your technician represented your company well--clean, neat, polite--everything a company could ask for in an employee.

The techs showed up early and explained everything they would be doing. They cleaned up after themselves and were very personalable.
Zerorez is amazing! My carpets were pretty damaged from the previous owner and it looks brand new! I'm very pleased with the service Zerorez provided. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future!
considering everything I had heard on advertisements, i was expecting the carpet to be cleaner than it is. I think i get better results using my personal home unit.
No chemical smell. Dries fairly quick. But, most important you can see the difference in
the carpets.
