Carpet looks clean with no soap.
Very very disappointed. He didn't remove the dirt from carpet. Went over entire house very quickly with no attention to heavily trafficked areas. He assured me its not dirt. Now we have black feet after walking thru the house so now I need to clean it again! I payed a lot of money for him to argue with me if the carpet was clean. I will not recommend this company to anyone infact I plan on placing a review online about my experience. I would like someone to come see my carpet because it looks the same as it did before it was cleaned.
I really love the way my house smelled "or didn't smell" after the cleaning of my carpets and my kitchen tile. I have to say that I was more surprised at how clean my kitchen tile was when the techs finished and the customer service was phenomenal!

When I scheduled my appointment, I asked to clean 4 rooms, and four small area rugs. I was quoted a price of $197. When the technician arrived, he measured the area rugs (2 runners, and 2 4'x 5'). He stepped off each rug, and said it would be an additional $100. I could not afford to do them all, so I just had two of them cleaned.
I suggest you let customers know in advance the charges for area rugs, giving them prices for a verity of sizes.

very large stains left in carpet. I used some carpet shampoo on stains. I was able to remove them. that makes Zerorez look bad.
My carpets are so soft, no residue. Amazing how clean they are without you using soap. I am impressed and will only use zerorez from here on out.

The carpet was FILTHY and had not been cleaned for many years. It looks fantastic, feels great and they did it in less time than estimated. I could not be more pleased!
