Left carpets looking streaky with triangular marks and uneven color. Some areas still look dirty. I thought the carpets become of uniform color or tone after vacuming but they remain eneven in tone and some areas look dirty. Results did not measure up to the Scott Gentry Claims about your service.

My husband and I are senior's while we are still able to move some furniture we know that the day is going to come that we will be uable to do so. Since this is not in your policy anymore in the future we will be looking for a company that will offer us this service.
I felt the gentleman went thru faster than usual and though the carpets are older the last time (not this time) he did a much better job and the time between cleanings was less this time. I found grease spots on the upstairs carpet after they dried. ( no one went in to the room while wet) also the upstair i dont believe were pre treated. He said they were very busy ( I supppose due to the sale.) I plan to have wood floors installed before I have cleaning again
Your representive who did our work is very professional, presents a good apperance and proved to be very knowledgeable. I felt like the carpet in our TV room could have had more attention paid to it. It's a light cream color. No stains, just slightly gray in high traffic area. I was watching the gentleman who did the carpet do this area and I think he should have spent more time on it. It looks improved, but there are gray areas that should have come out with some more effort or pre-treatment. The guy thought it was a shadow and I was not sure. At night with the lights on and the sun down you can tell it's not shadow.
