There's no sticky residue, and this prolongs the life of my carpet!
I am not really satisfied with the job done by andrew, based on the advertisement the carpet will look like new, may be it depends on who does the shampoo.

Be more upfront about extras such as the scotchguard and the extra $ for bigger rooms. I was "quoted" one price and ended up paying twice as much. I felt like I was told one price then charged another. Definitely hadn't planned or budgeted for how much I ended up spending.
Technician went about his business very fast and efficient. Carpets came out exceptionally clean.Drying time was significantly shorter than previously used cleaners.
Please tell your new clients that your company does not move furniture

My carpet had VERY bad traffic area stains, Ellis said if he used Brush up for $50 more it would mostly get them out but WITHOUT the brush up it would still look a lot better..... It did when he left, as it dried the Black greasy looking stains came back out, so it doesn't look much better.
What can you do? I'm not sure, come back and reclean ONLY those high traffic areas in the 2 small rooms with the Brush up for the $50 only? It's up to you what you would like to do to help me. I know you would be embarassed for me to tell anyone that saw my carpet that you cleaned it....

The service was excellent, the tech. was very nice and productive and Andre did a great job on 20year old carpets.
But as a service to your customers you could provide them if they need them is a set of shoe booties just for customer relations. ""Just saying"

I was excited to get zerorez in to clean my carpets after I heard Scott Gentry talk about how well the carpets look after the cleaning. I am disappointed after my cleaning. I can still see some dark spots on my carpet and I don't feel zerorez cleaned my carpet well at all. My technician also broke a vase and I am waiting to hear about compensation for my vase.
Well the guy ran out of water, and then we were charged a lot more than the estimated price.

Overpriced. Already had another service clean our carpets, tile flooring with sealant, and area rug for $400 less than your serviceman quoted us.
When calling on the phone we were a bit apprehensive, the phone contact we had was less than desirable. When Andre Moton came, we were not sure if we would have the carpets cleaned or not, but he was wonderful. We DID have them cleaned and Andre did a marvelous job and was very profession and personable. He was a joy to work with. The rugs look great. Thank you Andre....
