I paid almost 500$ for my carpets to be cleaned. I paid for two pet spots to be removed and one smells badly of urine. One room had 3 spots of cookie that didn't look like they were even touched. I really wanted to be satisfied esp w the amount I paid.
Excellent service and great results
Ellis was great but there was no brush on his truck. I needed 2 of my carpeted areas brushed.
Prices could be more competitive.

No harsh chemicals - carpet looks wonderful - Jeffrey got out stains that have been there due to recent re-model. This time the carpets were dry by next morning just as he promised. Last time it took 2 days.

I wasn't disappointed, however, I really don't see any difference in traditional carpet cleaning than with Zerorez.
My commercial carpets came out much cleaner that I expected, although the stayed damp into the second day.

It was the best carpet cleaning job I have had. The technician was very nice and professional. He explained options very throughly. I have very old carpet and did not expect a couple of the areas to come as clean as they did. Overall, the carpet came cleaner than the cleanings I have had done in the last couple of years by another company.

I live in a rental home which has needed new carpet since before I moved in. Having guests over was embarrasing. I have had the carpets cleaned before however this is absolutely the best they have ever looked.

Fast and the carpet came out looking real ciean. I likek how fast the carpet dried. The person who did the work was real fast and was very friendly. Had a good knowledge how to keep the carpet clean.
I'm moving into a new condo. The management company had the carpet shampooed twice and left some kind of residue in the carpet which is way I had to hire Zerorez to remove it. However you have not removed the residue and it is still getting all over my shoes just as it was prior to your service. If you cannot remove the residueI want a refund. I have to.move my furniture in on 4/1/13. What are you willing to do to resolve this issue? Phone number removed.
