They don't stink and they were able to get up most of the spots on my carpet

Quality service and results
The service associate was very courteous and professional. The carpets came out looking almost new again. We will definitely use Zerorez again.
Spot treatment made some small spots into a couple of very large spots using the flooding method. Needed to keep extracting water from flooded area as the areas in question were still very wet a ful day and a half later. Generally, very friendly and made great effort to get the carpets clean. Took an extra day to get the receipt for service via email.
The dog urinated on the wall by the closet in the master bedroom, drying on the carpeting. I hoped Zerorez could get the odor out (the stain is gone). The odor is still quite strong. I will have to try something else. Your technician represented your company well--clean, neat, polite--everything a company could ask for in an employee.

considering everything I had heard on advertisements, i was expecting the carpet to be cleaner than it is. I think i get better results using my personal home unit.
No chemical smell. Dries fairly quick. But, most important you can see the difference in
the carpets.

This was our first time using Zerorez. I had heard about it on the radio and decided to give it a try. I had, in the past, used several different carpet cleaning companies and all of them used chemicals to pre-treat the stains and shampoo/detergent to clean my carpets. The carpets always felt stiff when they dried and the spots and "high foot traffic" areas seemed to return right away. I had also been told by these other companies that they couldn't completely remove certain stains, including the heavily-soiled foot traffic areas. When Josh from Zerorez arrived, he looked at the carpets and I immediately noticed that he didn't point out areas that he couldn't guarantee he could clean as the other companies had in the past. He told us that the pre-treat Zerorez uses is environmentally friendly and contains all-natural ingredients to cut the grease and oil in the stains. He pre-treated the heavily soiled areas and then used the high-powered water system. I still can't believe how clean the carpets are! They look new again and all of the areas that the other companies said they couldn't guarantee would come clean are spotless again with Zerorez and the carpet feels soft to the touch after drying. I want to commend the company on their products and on their employee Josh Jones, who was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I will NEVER use another carpet cleaning company again! Thank you.
