Improve price for value.
Have your call center get the right information to begin with so when they get here it isn't a shock when they want more money. They did a good job cleaning. Pleased with that service

I was impressed with how fast the cleaning was done and that the big stains I thought would always be there are gone!!!
Didn't honor scheduled time, when I booked the appointment I told the girl I needed 1st appointment of the day, 8:00a was assured I would be. Your man showed up 3.5 hours late and told me that in fact I had been scheduled for his 2nd stop of the day. When your people called to confirm on the Friday before once again was assured was the 1st appointment of the day. I would recommend anyone who cannot honor their committment. To add insult-to-injury was charged an additional $50 dollars to clean 2 area rugs, both which are already showing original areas of dirt. Andre the gentleman who did the work was diligent for the most part performing his work. Spoke highly of the process and the company, sorry you didn't live upto his accolades.

Our carpet looks and feels so much cleaner and we are pleased with the results.
I like that there wast a lot of soap lef in the carpets and they looked great. The service guy that came to do my carpets was very personable and did a wonderful job.
The fact that the price quote was exactly what was asked for in the end. The technician was honest and didn't try to "sell" me unecessary services or tell me that my carpet was impossible to get clean. Honesty!!
I can see all machine marks,like dirt marks,i only had three rooms,being the bed rooms,which was new carpet. My master bedroom does not look good for the marks they made.I never wear shoes in my house ever.I have a off white carpet in my front room,which has not been cleaned for 15 years and looks great.I really would like for you to do the master bedroom only.plus you had an advert 3 rooms 99.00 and i had to pay 180.00,i heard of you from from 94 .1 Mark and Mursadies.

I was not expecting a miracle or anything because I know we have cheap carpets. I was pleasantly surprised how clean they were. I was also surprised that the carpets didn't take long to dry either. I had used another company before and all they was try to sell me additional products and I appreciated the that the tech did not do that. He listened to what I wanted and did it.
I was very impressed with how clean our carpet turned out. It had been several years since last cleaned and is a very light color. The young man who cleaned our carpet was friendly and courteous. Thanks. I will highly recommend your services.
I did get the teflon treatment as well and will be anxious to see if it helps.
