I felt the gentleman went thru faster than usual and though the carpets are older the last time (not this time) he did a much better job and the time between cleanings was less this time. I found grease spots on the upstairs carpet after they dried. ( no one went in to the room while wet) also the upstair i dont believe were pre treated. He said they were very busy ( I supppose due to the sale.) I plan to have wood floors installed before I have cleaning again

I felt like the carpet in our TV room could have had more attention paid to it. It's a light cream color. No stains, just slightly gray in high traffic area. I was watching the gentleman who did the carpet do this area and I think he should have spent more time on it. It looks improved, but there are gray areas that should have come out with some more effort or pre-treatment. The guy thought it was a shadow and I was not sure. At night with the lights on and the sun down you can tell it's not shadow.

I paid a minimum rate of $108 to clean 16 steps. I paid too much for the service. I tried to bundle an 8x10 area rug but your rates were rediculously high.
