The overall results & service.
We have only had an estimate and will soon have our our grout cleaned. I haven't had the whole experience yet. I reserve the right to withhold comment until we have completed the process.

CLEANS THE RUG LIKE NEW
There were a few areas of my rug that I think were not treated as well as others. You can make it right by treating them again. The areas only amount to about 50 square feet so, it wouldn't take long, but I think they could have been treated better the first time.
The Tech Jason was courtous and did a really good job my carpets haven't looked so good in years.
The quality of the carpet cleaning was excellent and we were very impressed. The technician, Bobby, was very friendly, professional and efficient. He should be given recognition!
I like calling once and having the problem resolved.
I like the fact that you don't use soap or chemicals to clean. The service technician did an excellent job cleaning our two
large area rugs. One of the rugs had to be taken in to work on several dirty spots I was very concerned about. I was
pleased the spots came out. I appreciate the time and effort that was put into this job.

The carpet is not soaking wet when the cleaning is completed. However, this time I was disappointed because I had that offer of $29 per room, three rooms minimum. This time the hallway was included as a room and I was ultimately charged $124. I have always paid $129 for three rooms, period. Anyway, he did a good job so I am satisfied witht he result but not the price. See you next year.

carpets stay clean and the stains do not come back, carpets dry quickly, your employees are friendly and courtous, they call and let us know that they are on there way and arrive when they say they will. Very professional!! This is the only carpet cleaning company that I will ever use!!

I was under the impression that the technicians would move my couch in order to clean under it. I was told that they would clean around it. If I would have known this I would have moved it myself. I would have thought this was included in "a few pieces of light furniture".

Good service and carpet cleaning, but you are a bit on the expensive side.
I'm not 100% satisfied. After 1 week I noticed stains in our master bedroom carpet reappeared. In order to make things right you can re-clean the master bedroom carpet at no cost at my convenience.
The chairs that were cleaned were still stained when they dried. I had debated about cleaning them because I bought them used, and could had recovered them for about what it cost to clean.
