Charged $30.00 more than quoted when appointment was set up and stains not removed!
Your servicemen went the extra mile in returning our key to us at our office which was just down the road - but nevertheless - so very much appreciated. The price was right and the carpets looked better than when we moved into the Presidio apartment. Thank you again. Also - could you send me a copy of the statement again. I somehow deleted it when I didn't mean to.
Although the tech was extremely nice and the carpet looks cleaner, I can still smell dog urine in at least 2 areas. The dog urine was the reason I needed the carpets cleaned and that problem still exists.
The fact that you do not use any harmful chemicals. You did not only remove all those NASTY stains that I tried cleaning with OXY-CLEAN,you just convinced me to have all my second floor WHITE carpets cleaned all at once next time I call to make another appointment. Am truly impressed! Thanks to SCOTT GENTRY of KJUL and to Josh Jones (tech)of ZEROREZ for a job well-done!!! More power to you, guys!

You got it really clean, and seems you removed some old residue from deep in the carpet.
My dog, Little Bear, would not get on the carpet so I put throw rugs down and he stayed on them.
Now, he rolls and stretches on the carpet itself. I believe you removed some old toxic chemicals.

I have had carpets cleaned before and the high traffic areas show right back up. But so far my carpets are still very clean.
my carpet look s great, but it rained the next day and now my house smells like a wet dog!! HELP!

No chemicals
I have not used zerorez for upolstry cleaning before. I have had my carperts done for years and they always look good. I decided to try a couch and chair even though it was expensive, I thought the results would be worth it. When they dried the spots were still there and the fabric was not soft anymore, it feels very stiff. ):
