You guys do a fabulous job the two times that we have used you. We will continue to use your business and refer you to other businesses.
Pricing---You have wonderful room specials---but I only have carpeting in hallway and on stairs, so I don't get to take advantage of them. Otherwise the service is good.

The first time I used u I was amazed, the second time even more so. So any claims by so many carpet cleaners. Yes they are lees $$$, but the results are so disappointing. You Meyer cost more money, but The Results are well worth the $$$ spent. I rather pay more for a great job, than pay less and be disappointed as I am handing over $$$. Thank you for a job always well done.
It was very efficient and quick and provided excellent results. The technician was also very nice.
Have used many other large and small carpet cleaning companies in the past. By far, Zerorez cleaned the carpets to a like new condition and got all of the dirt out versus the other companies I've tried.
Serviceman was very professional, explained in great detail what he would be doing. Was on time and gave me a call before coming. I really like the smell after the carpets were clean. I also like that they are cleaned with non-toxic chemicals. The best part is that the carpets are dry within a couple of hours. Will defintely be calling again.
Josh was friendly, knew his stuff, was upfront about the services offered and the cost. He did his job quickly and efficiently. Came on time and was done in 2 hours. I am very pleased.
I just feel that it was not that much better then the ones we have had out in the past.

I liked the fact that my carpet is not sticky. My carpets look great. The person who cleaned them was very nice & answered all of my questions & was out of here fast so I could go on with my day.
We were satisfied with the cleanliness of our carpet,but unhappy with all the markings that appeared after the carpet dried. However, Brett came out and tried to rectify the problem and it looks a lot better. His attitude was very professional and not at all defensive. There are still some uneven spots,but less obvious. Your company definitely tries hard to provide customer satisfaction.
I've heard so much about this company on the radio 94.1 and they really got my hopes up.
I was extremely disappointed! Tech stated he doesn't move the couches, he wore his shoes on the carpet while cleaning and without being covered, 2 rooms and staircase done for almost 200.00 and in less than 1 hr time, carpet still looked dirty in a few spots and and over all looks the same as if I did it myself with my Kirby.
Will not be using this service again and will not recommend it. I did have 2 friends waiting on my feedback because they were going to call for service but I told them its not worth it and results are disappointing.
The gentalman Josh, that came to clean my house did a great job considering my pet stains, however I paid extra for a special treatment in my daughters nursery to get rid of the smell, but it STILL smells. It's not zeroerz's fault, it just sucks that I paid an extra $60 for the spot and it still smells... Next time I get my carpets cleaned, I will probably resort to the last company who did it (even though they used soap), at least they got rid of the smell!
