The carpet came out very clean and the worker was very polite
I have been listening to Scott Gentry on the radio talk about zerorez for a long time and finally decided to try it. Scott said they had a special price of 2 rooms for 99 if you called a certain number. Well I called and was told the price would be 99 plus 6.95 for travel allowance. After the technican finished he told us that if we wanted the protectant applied to the carpet that was another 90. So our 99 dollar job cost us $197. I feel that someone should have told me on the phone that the carpet protection was extra. Your representative did a very nice job cleaning our carpet, just now happy with the final price.
Ellis did a great job on my carpets. I will be happy to utilize and tell my friends to utilize your services.

The technician was polite and the service was quick.
The carpets looked great and had a fresh scent.
Initial cleaning service of the bedroom was done (along with 2 pet treatments). The oder still existed (actually worse after treatment). The technician (nice guy) came back out a week later and treated the carpet again. The oder still exists. The carpet was not "soiled", but did have pre-existing pet urin in the carpet and pad. Had hoped one and event the second treatment would have resolved the problem, but it did not. I apprecaite the return visit and attempt to fix the problem. I will look to other methods for resolving the oder issue. Thanks.
The deepest wine stain was removed. Unfortunately, probably due to concentrating on this, the service tech missed a stain located a few inches away. Could still see spots where cleaning had been done. However, overall carpet looks much better than prior to the cleaning.

We had your guys Jason And Andre out to clean our carpets in Las Vegas. They were very nice, and tried to make us happy...but were unable to remove some minimal traffic area stains from our otherwise plush and nice carpet. We hear the advertisements on local radio stations every 30 seconds claiming "your carpts will be like new". Truthfully, they looked worse than before we had you over. For additional money, they would have done a more intensive treatment. The $99.00 only covers a basic cleaning. Well...the ad is very contradictory, and not accurate. The carpet in one room was buckling the next day, and it took over 12 hours to dry. We ended up ripping out the carpet, and getting new carpet in 2 of the 3 rooms. Once again, Jason and Andre were terrific, but the quality of service you provided left something to be desired. Called the GM, never received a return call. I would like a refund on 2/3 of what we paid, seeing that we had no use for the carpet after your "cleaning". Thank you. Feel free to contact me at Phone number removed.

The service was outstanding and Brett explained everything. The products used are safe, smell good and don't leave our carpets "crunchy".
It's "green". I was impressed with the knowledge of Jan, his professionalism and appearance. I was surprised that my husband commented last night that of any carpet cleaning jobs we have had done this seemed to be the best. We do wish the price was more affordable so we could have had more of the house cleaned.
We are renting our home. I have always thought we had gray stone tile.... it wasn't. Once cleaned by Zerorez.... it was TAN!!!!! gross! Incredible different, we still can't get over it. I have even sent pictures to our landlord showing him how nasty the floor was.

The young man who was informative and exacting with his work and who politely answered my questions and also how nice my carpets were after his cleaning them. I am so happy I used your service and at the suggestion (after my question)he indicated I should have my carpets cleaned every six months. The technicians who came out (Jason and Ellis) were knowledgeable and worked well together as a team. Although I paid more than I had originally anticpated, they did a good job getting the traffic pattern out and restored my carpet to its (almost) original luster.
The service technician was great. Very professional and nice. I wanted my living room cleaned (aprox. 330 sq. ft) and my stairs done. I was told that the stairs would cost an additional $5 per step. I have 13 steps. I feel that due to the fact that your special offer was for three rooms at 200 sq. ft ea for a total of 600 sq. ft, I think ZeroRez could have offered to complete the stairs as part of the promotional price. Also, less than two hours after the work was completed for $129.00, I heard a radio adverstisement with a lower promotional price for the same square footage (the Dave Ramsey promotion) for only $99. It should have been offered to me as well. I would recommend ZeroRez based on the quality of the work and the service tech, but will warn all that I talk to that you are not consistent with your promotional pricing.
