It was completed in a short time and the carpet dried quickly. My husband and myself felt it wasn't as clean as much as your last visit with us .
Carpet is very clean
It has no soap in it and your workers are super nice.
I was a little put off by the rate charged for the upholstry. Our carpet is very old- 20 years but has been cleaned at least once a year if not more. Your guy did a great job. We have a black haired dog and a light colored carpet. ASbout 3 or 4 hours after your guy left small tightly wound black furballs the size of a dime if not smaller started rising up to the surface of the carpet. They looked like dead beatles or spider at first.
I will be doing a truough vaccum this weekend.
I will use you again and hope I do not need any couches or schairs done. If I look at just the carpet of the job- great quality and great value.

There was a BIG spot in office where the muck water had spilled & we tried to clean it with NOT much Luck!
The $99 three room special that we got was great. By the time we added on pretreat spots to that and then we had some chairs cleaned, your pricing seemed high. Our pretreat spots were cat urine, which is very difficult to remove and we understand that but we now have a room that we have to replace the carpet because it smells worse after we had the carpets cleaned. Your pretreat spots are not guaranteed and we cannot take away the cleaning and get back the better smell we had before they were cleaned. We were also told that there are several types of pretreating that is done but was recommended by the zerorez rep that did the cleaning, the pretreat he did wasn't guaranteed. We had our grout quoted at the time of service and we were really disappointed that it would cost us over $1,000 to get that done. During tough economic times, we are surprised people pay this amount when it is cheaper for us to buy the machine to do it ourselves and then have the machine for future use. We love the concept of zerorez and that you do not use harsh chemicals and detergents to clean. We owned an allergy relief store ourselves and recommended zerorez to all of our customers and we hope our customers were not disappointed in the service and prices. The service tech who came out wasn't rude and we have nothing against him; however, as homeowners we will consider other options next time just due to price.
Simply put, my carpet is the cleanest I have seen it... it works.
The carpet has remained soft and clean. Even though there were several major problems getting here, Josh handled it very professionally and finished the job.

I have allergies and like knowing you do not use chemicals. Also you extract the most water from the carpets allowing a quick dry time.
It dries real quick with no nasty residue and its safe for my pets.
Better appointment arrival time especially when we were the first appointment. Over all cleaning was fine but could have done better job on spot and stain removal. Tile cleaning was fine but more attention needed under cabinates. Tech was quite pleasant and helpful. Overall price was reasonable.
The only services I have used are your carpet cleaning services. I think compared to other carpet cleaners your system seems to work better and last longer.
