Excellent customer service.
We just bought a house. Yippee! However, the previous owners had 3 rather large dogs and a goose. Yep, a goose. So the carpets looked and smelled less than clean. Roy came out and took the time to talk with me and find out about the dogs and the goose. He even checked the backroom with a black light. There are some things you just don't want to know. He recommended the bio treatment and then got to work. Oh what a difference! The carpet has to be three shades lighter and less greenish. Yuck! The whole house smells a lot better. Roy was very nice and got the job done quick and professionally. A+
I was pleasantly suprised how fast it was to have my carpets cleaned and the smell was so refreshing. The price was what they quoted me on the phone. They were very professional and respectful. I am very pleased with the whole out come and will use them everytime I need my carpets cleaned.

9/6/13 Service person failed to explain tiers of treatments. Paid extra for a treatment for pet
stains and odors. After completed service, odors remained. Upon my complaint of remaining
odors, I was informed I should have spent twice the money and there was nothing more they could do
Will NEVER use company again!
Service tech was great, friendly, told us exactly what he was going to do to clean our living room rug and gave us options which we followed through with for a rug we had rolled up in the "garage" but needed cleaning. Will definitely use them again and hope to get the same tech.
I like that it's Green!! Also the service was very quick and Ben was so friendly and has great customer service!!! I will definitely refer Zerorez to all my family and friends. On top of all that, our carpet looks great! Thank you!
Anthony was very polite but, I feel I could have had a better job done on the carpets. The chair in my bedroom was not moved to clean behind it and the whole process was done too quickly, more time could have been given in order to do a better job. $200.00 is a lot of money for apartment carpets but, I take pride in my home. I do not wish to have the job corrected, I will seek other service. Thank you.
Ellis was on time, he was professional, he told me about the products and suggested getting my tiles/grout cleaned. I would ask for him again.
I haven't tried your product but your representative and customer service contacts are very knowledgeable and east to talk with. I think I'll enjoy your product because it isn't toxic and it dries quickly.

Our technician, Andrew Gulliford, seemed to be very knowledgeable and frendly. We gave him specific information regarding what our carpet was, he researched it and got back to us regarding his findings and recommendations for future use and cleaning.

The carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction without using soaps or chemicals. I was amazed it got clean. The person who came out was nice. His name was Ben.

Anthony was excellent! We told him what we wanted and he explained everything to us and each step of the process that he'd be doing. He was on time and completed the cleaning within the time frame he told us. The fee he quoted us was what we paid and we are completely satisfied with Anthony and the cleaning he did on our carpet.
