First of all I was impressed with the workers. They immediately went to work and got the job done. While they were working they pointed out things I should do to help keep the carpet clean.

Your products are positive.Unfortunately I was not made aware a residue would be left after cleaning ducts.. I happen to be a COPD patient , the reason I hasd my ducts cleaned.
I contacted your customer service. They sent Brett the tech back to my home.. Awaiting disposition.

My first time using Zerorez. I was very pleased.
Most of my friends are seniors and can't move furniture, so your service would not help them. Other copmanies charge to move furniture is this a possibility? Other-wise I liked the service and very good cleaning.

I am amazed that the pet stains were completely removed and haven't returned. I am also amazed that the other types of stains were removed and those haven't come back either. I have had other companies clean the carpet and the stains return. But not this time. I am EXTREMELY PLEASED with the results!

Many things - phone staff courteous & knowledgeable; technical person (Ellis) knowledgeable about how Zerorez cleaning/stain lifting works and willing to share the information; Ellis also took the time and care to point things out to me that he thought I should be aware of; he clearly has expertise and it gave me confidence that things would turn out fine; the carpet looks FANTASTIC ! - it was very dirty with dirt stains and traffic patterns and they all disappeared, it is like having a new carpet; and lastly, the final price was exactly as discussed on the phone. We plan on using Zerorez from now on and get on a better maintenance schedule. Thank you very much.

Employee that cleaned carpet knocked a glass wall sconce off my wall and broke it. He just went about his business, cleaned up the glas without any apologies or anything-until he finished and brought me the bill. At that point he said "sorry about the broken glass". I asked him what does Zerorez do when they cause damage and he replied he could give me $20 off my bill, any more I would have to contact the manager. This was one of a matching pair that he broke which means I will have to replace the glass on both IF I can even find replacement glass. I did place a call to the manager at 2:10 in the afternoon but was told she was out to lunch. I was told her name was Tori and that she would be given a message to call me back. When I didn't hear back from her by 4:20 I called back at which point I was told she went home and now I would have to wait till Monday. I was assured the manager would call me Monday but she did not bother. I do not feel I should have to come out of pocket to replace the damaged item-it will be more than $20 to replace. The associate that came out should have been more attentive and also more forth coming when he broke the sconce. Also the manager's lack of response shows they are not concerned with following through with their customer issues.

How great it works. My carpet is white and 20 years old, and Zerorez gets it unbelievable white and clean! The same goes for a white chair that we have.
