I ve been a repeat customer for at least 2 years now...you have been doing my 3 same areas and I have been charged for 3 areas..this last guy that came within 30 seconds of stepping into my house tried to tell me that its bigger than 3 areas and that he would let it SLIDE this time..he also was in and out of here quicker than any other representative of your company..needless to say I do not want that rep back at my house again...,First name removed De Cesare

I like that they leave zero residue and kill germs AND this is the first time I have used you and my sofa and area rug are cleaner than when they were brand new! Others I have used I can still "smell" something when they are finished but with Zerorez just FRESH smell! Love it! Also Andre couldn't have been more professional or efficient. He did such a great job.

I have heard good things about Zerorez and thought I should try them. My carpets look great,no residue or crunch left on my carpets, I would not go anywhere else. Your representative was informative about the product, very efficient and pleasant, he got the job done and was his way. The rep who cleaned the carpet saved the day for your service. The phone person could not have been less interested in what she was doing. Didn't note that we were on the 5th floor, that we had wool carpet, nor could she answer any questions about the service.

Been using you guys for a few years now - always good work.

Had my carpets cleaned Thursday 7/18/13. I called the office on Saturday to let you know I wasn't as happy as I had been in the past. Was told someone would call me on Monday. It never happened. I called the office again this past Wednesday and was told the same thing but I still haven't heard from anyone. Have used, (and recommended), your Company in the past but I am very disappointed not even to have had a call. Thanks for "listening"
