I paid $400 to have the carpet radiate a stench that wouldn't go away-even after being talked into a pet odor neutralizer chemical. Total bill $391. Waste of money. Have to replace the carpet because of the issues left behind. Anthonywas very nice, though.

Everything was great for the most part. I was a Stanley Steamer guy before, but no more. I took off 1 point due to problems with the technician knocking on the door instead of ringing the bell. We were all home and never heard him. The dog didn't even bark. I had to wait all day, which I didn't like, but he came back and did an outstanding job. It more than made up for being stuck at the house all day.

Products are less toxic than what other comparable companies use. Service was excellent. Anthony, who cleaned my carpets, did an excellent job as did Andrew and Jerry when they cleaned my furniture. All three young men were very pleasant, professional, and courteous. I have no complaints at all.

Technician was courteous, results were fantastic, but the number one positive thing regarding my entire experience was that there was no additional charges/upsale as with almost all other carpet cleaning companies. I have three rental units and will be sure to use Zerorez again!
