No chemicals, no residue. Stains were removed with Empowered Water.
Carpets look great. Ray was very professional and did a tremendous job.
My carpet was not clean, my house smelled like dirty water, the technician talked to me like he was a science teacher, he told me about his commission, the technician was done in 20 minutes to clean 3 rooms, he told the manager I was concerned about the cost, which was a lie. I hired another company to finish and redo his work plus clean the rest of my 4500 sq foot house and now they are coming back to stretch it in the morning. Do obviously, I am not concerned about the cost. I was concerned about the quality of your company's cleaning. Completely unsatisfied, I only paid to get the tech out if my house. I have never been more unsatisfied with the work of someone. Will never recommend Zerorez.
Anthony Omstead was great. He was honest and explained everything. He is very kind. You are lucky to him as a part of you team. He did a great job on cleaning my carpets. I would define rely use your company again and recommend it too others.

Everything is ok
I spoke to your office person Jackie, and we are having the job redone after we move in during late October. Luckily I called within the 15 day period to bring some items to Zerorez's attention. Jackie was very helpful and a neighbor who had your firm do her carpets recommended Josh Jones so that is who we are requesting. I would be happy to take this feedback program again after the next redo of our area rugs. Thank you.
Not sure if it was the cleaning product or the technician, but not 100% satisfied with results. traffic area could be cleaner, small spot in 2nd bedroom remaining, Most carpets dried in normal time, the first room, master bedroom, took much longer to dry. (Still damp at 9 pm but dry in the am). Cleaning was done at 9am. Technician was pleasant and courteous. At this time I will probably return to previous carpet cleaner I have used in the past.

Very fast, efficient and professional. The carpets look great and there was not a lot of moisture like with some carpet cleaners. this is the second time we used Zerorez and are very happy with the results. We will definitely use them again. Thank you.

I appreciated the professionalism and the assistance I received on the other end of the phone when I first made contact. There were discrepancies with what I encountered at the web site (such as available time frames) compared to what I learned on the phone, but it was all worked out satisfactorily.
The technician was prompt, very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He did a great job with our entire household's carpet, one part of which we had no hope for, but he managed to make it look presentable.
