i paid alot of money for my carpet stairs and chairs the cleaning didnt get the stains out so they had to come back and do it a second time. the carpet still does not look very clean and for my chairs, none of stains came out. it upsetting to spend almost 300.00 and have my chairs and carpets look the way they do.
Make sure the carpets are s dry as possible when you leave

They were only here for maybe 20 minutes. I had other things going on also. I didn't feel the need to follow them. After they left I realized that they had not moved anything that I said that I would like moved. It was not worth it. I would like them to come back and finish.

It's not that you disappointed us other than showing up 3 1/2 hours late on a Friday afternoon after the office was closed, I just don't think your solution of cleaning carpets is any better than conventional methods. I realize our carpets are old and I wasn't expecting miracles, but a week later they look the same with just a few of the noticeable spots gone.
On a positive note, the two technicians that came out were very apologetic about being late and were very professional and courteous. My somewhat negative comments has nothing do do with them. They did the best they could under the circumstances. This is merely my opinion on the zerorez method of cleaning carpets. It may the right way to clean, but it is not the only way to clean!

My entire experience with your company and service technician was all very professional and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend your company to a friend or family member.
I asked for a second visit from ZeroreZ, because it seemed like the carpet was still dirty in the high traffic area. After a second treatment, the carpet is much improved. I think that there was just so much dirt in the carpet that it needed multiple treatments.
I would recommend that in the future, your technicians should show extra attention to the high traffic areas, and let customers know and see them go over the high traffic areas 4 or 5 times, very carefully. This shouldn't put too much burden on the company because the high traffic areas are often just one-quarter to one-third of the area that needs to be cleaned.
I was happy with how the other rooms turned out, it was just the high traffic area in the family room that was extra dirty and didn't seem to come clean after the first visit. I am very satisfied now that my carpet has received the cleaning that I think it needed. There was a noticeable improvement after the second visit. Thank you!

OK Thanks for the chance to let you know about your faulty advertizing. First you say that you will do the job for $99.00 on the radio commercial,when I called to make an appointment I was told that there will be a gas surcharge of $9.00 Now the first time I used you people you did the whole job for the amount talked about in your commercial after the job was done every thing was sealed with your teflon spray and there was areas that were prepped because the area was soiled more than usual.
This time when you came out everything had a hidden surcharge teflon sealing was not free but $35.00 per room, any prep work had an extra charge. when your tech got to our condo he stated that his fluid line was probably not going to be long enough. When I suggested that he could park on the street directly in front of our condo he said that that there would be an extra charge for the running of the lines that way. Fortunately the fluid line was just long enough to do the job. You people need to look into advertizing in truth and let people know before hand that your gonna have a hidden surcharge for anything that is more than the very basic service. The first time I used you people everything was done at the fixed rate stated and there was no hidden surcharges. Don't be deceptive look into Truth in advertizing. You people do good work but your rates have gone thru the ceiling.
