Danny the Zerorez technician was courteous, friendly and explainted what the service would entail before he started. He was also dressed very professionally as well. The carpets look great and smell good as well. I will for sure use your company again (Danny recommended every 6 months)!

I like no chemicals for my dogs who often lick the floors and family's health. Brett was very swift and effective at getting the dirt, but still took time to explain the process with pride. Very nice job, will use you again for sure.
I love that Zerorez stands behind their customer satisfaction guarantee! I wasn't completely happy with the results of my first carpet cleaning and Danny came back out and redid them. Seriously, this is the only carpet cleaning company I have ever had offer to do this. I was worried he'd be put-out, but he was completely friendly and professional and did a great job. My carpets look good and smell great (wich is to say they have no smell at all). I would recommend Zerorez to my neighbors and friends because they will make sure you are happy, even if it takes more than one try.

Technicians are always on time, polite, and professional. Carpets always look like new after they are done and they are 15 years old and I have 2 dogs. Great job always.

The technician was able to remove a spot on my carpet that I thought was permanent. I really thought I was going to need new carpet, but after he was done, the carpet looks brand new.
