Professionalism, punctuality and quality.
Didn't live up to quoted price. Service man was able to define extra rooms in the house even though there were no walls (always a good thing to define a room). Service man said the quoted price was a mistake and said the person I talked to about the price quoted a Dallas price. I'm sure whatever I suggest will fall and deaf ears and you won't try to correct these types of transgressions...........So I won't even try.
My carpets in my rental in Sun City Summerlin have never looked so good !!---So freah and super clean.--Your rep. recommended cleaning the kitchen tile !!---Thank God !!--Another super job !!--

Excellent job on getting out the dirt in the heavy traffic area on my carpet. And Zerorez was able to clean my tile and grout so well that I never knew what the original color of grout there was until now!
I like the fact that there are not harsh chemicals used in the process and that there is not chemical residue left in my carpet.

I love the smell & feel of our carpets after zerorez--no harsh chemical odors, they feel soft to the touch (not crunchy!), they are never soaking wet, thus are able to be walked on right away, and are dry within a couple of hours. Because I baby sit many dogs in my home, there are occasional pet stains ands smells, and zerorez has been able to treat and remove the unpleasant problems every time! I've had several different zerorez service techs in our homes, and they have always been professional, timely and courteous. This has been my experience with zerorez over the last 13 years, without fail. I never hesitate to recommend their services whenever the subject of carpet cleaning comes into conversation.
They area very good about coming back if a spot comes back up. Your team is always neat, polite and thorough. You do a great job!
Prompt arrival time. Very nice,friendly, knowledgable personel. Carpet looks great! The stairs looked brand new after the cleaning.
I was told it should take 4 hours for the carpets to dry, it took around 12. Not sure why it was so wet. I also said I needed extra treatment for the smell of pet urine and was tol he couldn't see any with the black light. I think he saw 2 spots although when i small the carpent there are several spots that the black light didnt pick up. I can still smell pet urine. :(He was a nice enough guy, but could have been more thorough. My carpets are only 7 months old and with 3 dogs and really want to make sure I keep the carpets a clean and fresh as I can.

Take more time with your cleaning. Some familiar spots coming back. And as requested from previous cleaning, "Suck up more water" as carpet was left very wet and wasn't dry until following day.
Ben was so nice and professional, our carpets were a mess and they are so beautiful now - thank you! We had always used the same carpet cleaning company, the kind that has the soap and water and I was so ready for a change to have cleaner carpets.
I will absolutely call again, next the air ducts. I have already told my friends and family about Zerorez.

I like the fact that the carpet does not have the smell/odor that carpets do when they have been cleaned by other companies. It is awesome to be able to discuss with their technicians exactly what I want done and for the techs to actually listen and make sure I am 200% happy with what they have done AND how they did it. Their techs are totally aware that a happy customer is a repeat customer. I also like the fact that Zerorez employees look AND act professional.
They arrived in a timely manner, were very clean and professional.
