No chemicals
We spent $250 dollars to clean our sectional. It took the tech less than 30 minutes and it's still not clean and smells no different than before. This really saddens me that I thought it would be better, the tech simply ran the hand wand over once with no rubbing to get our sectional clean. We had a dog who was sick and we wanted it cleaned because I am having major surgery Wednesday. I guess I have a hard time giving someone an equivalency of $500 per hour and deliver a $5 an hour performance. Our carpets were left extremely wet to the point that my wife said she felt water between her toes. The carpet is buckeling in our house because of being so wet. The tech was nice and personable. We have used Zerorez and have loved the results prior to this; I would really like to have my sectional cleaned correctly. It's Sunday at 7:50 and my carpets are still wet. I liked the friendliness of the technician and his honest explanation of what he was going to do. He worked in a professional and efficient manner and was respectful of my home.
They were neat, fast-and professional. I called my cousin right away took a pic and send it to her. She asked for their number and now she has an appointment for next Saturday.

your friendly professional on time and work quickly
I like the fact that your associate Jared was very prompt, courteous and professional. We have our carpet cleaned twice a year and we have used Chemdry and Stanley Steamer. Both companies did a good job but neither of the two got results remotely close to the finished product from Jared and the ZEROREZ process.
The residue from the cleaner was strong and lasted a long time.

Fact of not using chemicals
Anthony was very thorough and honest. He went through the house before he began to assess the carpet in all rooms. We looked at certain spots and he explained which ones he could remove and what he would be doing. He also explained why I sometimes continue to see some spots after they are cleaned.

This is the third time we have used Zerorez for our rental Condo. The first time, the carpet was a mess with several areas of dog urine and they were able to remove all the stains leaving the carpet like new. There is absolutely no residue afterward, which we are very happy with. The employees are very courteous and friendly. They explain everything to you. If they cannot remove a stain, they will let you know, but try their best to do so. I am very please with your service and will continue to use it and recommend to family and friends.
I like the idea of clean carpets without soap residue and the clean citrus smell. Both of the last two times I have had your service, my service technician has been Anthony, and he is professional, personable, on time, and a pleasure to do business with. The first technician was fine, as well, but I don't remember his name.
Two small stains that were on the carpet were still there after having them cleaned.

Not sure if this can be changed..took over 24 hours for the carpet to dry. If this is normal would like to have known beforehand. Tech indicated 6 to 8 hours max.
The service in always extremely polite the only draw back is I feel it's a little pricey!
Technician was very efficient
The carpet we have probably needs To be replaced. We just moved in and thought we could salvage it and have it cleaned. Its better than it was but still worn looking.
Not only was the service next day, as I had an emergency, the technician was completely respectful, courteous and highly efficient. Bottom line, I WILL NEVER use another carpet cleaning service again, simply the best.
