No soap left in carpet and it is soft when it drys and not stiff. Seems to stay clean longer.
REasonable price and you get the carpets cleaner than the others (Stanley Steamer, etc)

Pet odor removal
Your product gets rid of urine, dirt & oil stains. There is always a terrific difference in the appearance of the carpet.
The serviceman came when he said he would. Did a very through job. The carpet looks great for being an old carpet.
Carpets did not seem to be all the way clean. Also water, boot prints and cleaner were left on our wooden floors. Our experience was very non-professional.

My main concern was that the carpet was still damp after 12 hours. Don't know if that is common or not?
Will have a better idea in a month or so, as to how the carpet holds up, if the traffic
patterns show signs of dirt.

We have used Zerorez for approx. 6-7 years. They are always professional and do an excellent job on carpet and furniture cleaning. We've tried others and found Zerorez to be the best.

You do a great job cleaning and getting stains out.
Took out some of the stain left on the first visit. When I called, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75.00. I refused and was very disappointed in your company. At the first visit which left a lot of stain, your technician was more interested in selling me the protective coating than getting the stains out. I mad a point of showing him the worst of the stain. Very, Very disappointed. I am a senior and can't afford the additional money.
Stains not removed. Did reschedule someone to come out.

THE PRODUCTS WERE GREAT THEY GOT OUT SOME TUFF STAINS IN THE CARPETS THAT I THOUGHT MIGHT NOT BE DUABLE.THE SERVICE WAS GREAT. ANTHONY IS A GEM,GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.DON'T LET THIS GUY GET AWAY. THE NEXT TIME I NEED MY CARPETS AND FURNITURE CLEANED I WILL ASK FOR ANTHONY. HE'S WONDERFUL.
Some of the downstairs carpets or rugs do not look like they have been touched. Return to fix problem is scheduled for this Wednesday, November 6th.
