I love that my carpet looks beautiful and the customer service is exceptional.
When my carpets are cleaned by the Zerorez method they look like new and stay cleaner longer than any other company I have previously used. The technicians are professional and curtious.

If you are a return customer it would be nice if you had a loyalty plan and offered discounts on this. I have done three houses in the past year.

Great cleaning process...friendly and knowledgeable technicians, make carpets look like new especially when household has pets, quick service and drying process, easy to schedule appointments and coupons that save the repeat customers. Jason and Anthony have been my technicians.
Had no problem with the outcome of the cleaning of my carpets. My concern/question is why you do not move furniture. Specifically sofas. I had to ask them to be sure and shampoo under the chairs in my living and family rooms, which meant they had to move them. I don't know if they would have cleaned under my chairs if I had not asked them. What would be the problem of moving the sofas forward a few feet and shampooing behind them. I made it easier for them to clean as I had removed all my end tables, nightstands, chairs,(dining room, rocking) etc. to make it easier and faster for them to get their job done. I also do not understand why I had to vacuum the carpets before you came. If I have to all the prep work before you come, I might as well shampoo the carpets myself.
Zerorez employee was extremely friendly and knowledgable about carpet. He was able to answer all of my questions.
You do a good job cleaning my carpets and it's easy to make an appointment with you. Plus, I appreciate the discount coupon.

Friendly staff and always do a great job
Everything started fine. As the tech finished cleaning the carpet, I noticed that the dining room area wasn't as clean as I was expecting. PLUS, there was some red stains on the carpet upstairs. They were not there before he started. He admitted he did not see them before he started. He blamed them on us. I put some plastic bags on my kid's feet so that they could walk around on the wet carpet. We did not see red stains every where they walked just in one place. There was no indication that the bags had smudged ink on them. It was just his analysis that the stains were from these plastic bags. He tried one product to remove them but it didn't work. Then a minute later he requests payment for the carpet cleaning job. I had a dining room that didn't look as good as I thought it would and now I have red stains on the floor that weren't there beforehand. I'm dumbfounded that he feels that I should be satisfied and ready to pay for the service. I say, "I'm not sure I'm ready to pay yet." Without any discussion, he says, "Well, I guess I'm going to have to call the police." I said, "what did you say?" He said, "I'm going to have to call 911 and get the police out here."
I have never been treated so poorly in my life by anyone coming to our house to do some kind of service. I'm an upstanding citizen. I've always paid my bills. We live in a nice community; this is no ghetto. And he has the audacity of saying that he's going to call the police on me. I did not say I wasn't going to pay the bill. I said I'm not ready to pay yet. I wasn't happy with the job.
I know you want your customers to be 100% satisfied with the job and I wasn't. I told him I needed to talk to his supervisor. I explained the situation to his boss, who is the local franchise owner. He didn't demonstrate any sympathy to my situation. He backed his employee the whole time. He asked the employee to try a different product. He went up there and after 1 minute there was no difference. So the franchise owner said there was nothing he could do. He offered no other solution.
I paid the bill but was left very angry.
I had heard great things about Zerorez. I had many people ahead of time ask me to let them know what I thought after we got our carpet cleaned because they needed to get their carpets cleaned as well. I have held off to give them my feedback yet.
Though I had no success with the carpet tech or the franchise owner, I thought I would give one last opportunity for the corporate people to do something about it.

I like the quality of cleanliness, the service, the timeliness and Brett was especially helpful to me. I have a very bad back and chose not to move three pieces of furniture (my sofa); they're not heavy, but the effort of moving big furniture around could throw my back out easily. He moved all three pieces, cleaned the carpet beneath, set the furniture on protection pads and moved them back to where they were - all without me asking. In addition, I took advantage of teh 30% discount for cleaning another sofa and Brett did a remarkable job - it looks brand new! Thanks again!

We have used Zerorez many times and have always been very satisfied especially with no odor after the cleaning and the softness of the carpet as well. Our only complaint this time was that there was a lot of areas on our tile adjacent to the carpet where apparently the scotchguard dispenser leaked and left residue on the tile with one spot very large in the family room. We will still use your services but pay more attention to finish the job without leaving work for us to do. Also we always move all the furniture (small stuff) in advance so some consideration should be given from a price standpoint since it reduces your work load and time required. In the past there have always been 2 people this time only one which limits how much other furniture can be moved as well. Nobody is perfect but you guys come close. Pay attention to the litte things to keep your customers happy. You should give consideration to repeat customers and to those who refer your company to others.
