Brandon who was the Zerorez employee who cleaned my husband's chair and our carpeting went above and beyond in trying to get a chocolate pudding stain out of our carpet. Unfortunately the pudding I used had red number 40 in it and the stain could not be budged. Brandon was most courteous and thoughtful and is a credit to your company. serviceeaple were very good at what they do. My kitchen grout was 20 years old, was very inpressed how it looks almost brand new. My carpet in the hall way had a lot of wear . but it came out ok.

How clean everything gets

Your employees were cheerful, competent and ready to answer questions. They did a wonderful job. The only thing I was disapointed in was I had a repair that they were not prepared to do. I had told the scheduler about the repair hen I scheduled the appointment.

The area at the dining room table looked like it had not been cleaned and also a area in front of a chair in the family room area.
