You do a great job. I think some consideration should be given to room size. I live in a condo with very small rooms (living room is 10x10). The tech pretreated, cleaned and protected 3 rooms in about 15 minutes. Charge was $170. That is very high for 15 minutes. Thank you. First name removed Maizel

The cleaning products all rugs and carpets are exceptional. The service is wonderful and is why I continue to use Zerorez. We have 3 large oriental rugs and have found no company that brings these rugs (with fringe) back looking brand new. With other companies the rug would look nice but the fringe would look like it had never been touched, much less cleaned. I love Zerorez made even better when they have their $29 per room. If we decide to sell our home we don't have to replace the carpeting in our home - we will call Zerorez and the carpets will look new.

Bobby has always been extremely responsive and professional when he came to my home; however, the two individuals who came to my home in December lacked professionalism and just wanted to argue with me about my carpet cleaning.

Great job! It actually worked and only took about 45 minutes. We were shopping for new carpet and decided to give Zerorez a try.I was skeptical that the high traffic areas would improve much. Brandon came out and did a terrific job. He was very nice and professional, no B.S. and listened to our concerns and took care of us. I am very particular. The carpet is Stainmaster and only 7 years old but because of the soot in the air here in Las Vegas, the traffic areas take a beating. We even keep our shoes in the garage! Thanks Brandon and Zerorez for saving our carpet. I have already recommended Zerorez to friends. Dave J.

The employee of your company was great and professional! I was a little worried at first when my carpet looked a little buckled the following morning but that slowly changed. Next, my grout needs to be cleaned!
The employee showed up promptly and did a great job cleaning my carpets. He explained the process accurately and finished the job in a reasonable time frame and with professionalism.
