The clean freshness of the finished product [my carpet].
My dogs now lounge on the carpet. With other cleaning companies they would not.
Technician arrives on time, after calling first. If a spot shows up after the carpet dries, he will come back out to work on it some more, no addl charge.

Although it has been only 24 hours since utilizing your service I was very pleased with the professionalism and genuine eagerness to please as evidenced by your employee, Brandon. He is a valuable asset for your company. I am confident that the result of your treatment to my carpets will prove excellent but only time will tell that! I have used other carpet cleaning services in the past and was sorely disappointed when spots returned in a relatively short time. Brandon assured me that would not be the case woth Zerorez.
The cleaning was done well and I'm very satisfied with how the carpets look. The service tech could have a little more accommodating. He did his job, but didn't really offer to do anything beyond his basic job. Specifically, I forgot to mention the closet in the bedroom, and he did not clean it or ask me if there was a closet. That should have been included, as it was last time. Also, there were two carpet mats, matching the carpet, by two chairs in another room. He did not clean them until I asked him. Again, he could have done a little extra. Other than that, it was good and would have been rated a 10, if the above had been done.
The technician's Andrew and Danny were great. They were very helpful,informative and personable. I think the only downside is that they were completed around 4:15pm and all of the area's but one took over 16 hours to dry. He said it should be more like 4-6 hours which the one room was but none of the others were. The room that dried the fastest was also the last room that was completed...
No smell, seems to have gotten all the dirt and soap residue that was left in our carpet for previous carpet cleaning. It's so nice to walk around in "white" stocking feet or bare foot and still feel that the socks and feet are clean. Before they would get black within minutes of walking on the carpet.
The gentleman were ON TIME and were very respectful of our home!
My carpets and sofas look like new!

I had a big job done. There were problems with two surfaces being cleaned inadequately. Two rugs cleaned turned out well. The two hard surfaces, wood and porcelain had to be re-worked at another appointment. Your team was very good at correcting the issues. They stood by their promise to fix the problem. Wood and porcelain surfaces now look very good.

You are prompt, courteous, and the cleaning leaves a fresh scent, plus the carpet looks like new after it is cleaned. It also stays clean a long time and I would recommend zerorez to anyone that asks about carpet cleaning.

The first guy who did my carpet only spent a total of 30 minutes from beginning to end. Not enough time to clean my carpets very effectively. So I called and I was taken care of and my phone calls were returned etc. That same night they called and said someone else would come within a half hour. Andrew and tJared came and were so nice and did a great job on my carpet!! I give their service a 10!! I will recommend their service to my friends.
the salesman Anthony was more interested in selling carpet cleaning than doing carpet cleaning !!!! no way can a 4,000 sq. ft. house be done well in 45 minutes !! I would love to comment directly to the owner and only the owner for a full feedback !!!!!!

Customer service! It is everything. Exceptional customer service is rare these days. I, personally, believe that people return time and time again because of the service they receive not necessarily the price. You get what you pay for and in this case I paid for great service.

Zerorez did an amazing on a discusting carpet. We have pets and sometimes they don't make it outdoors, not plesent. However your young man did the very best he could on this 14 year old carpet and I don't mind looking at it again.
