I was very satisfied with the technician and the job he did. The only thing I was disappointed about was that the floor took too long to dry. He finished around 11:00 and said it would take around 6 hours to dry. It was still wet when we went to bed at 10:30 therefore we couldn't put the furniture back in the rooms. When we got up this morning one of the rooms was still damp and so were the stairs. I kept the heat on all day and all night at 74 degrees.

When your company cleans our carpets they look as good as the day we had them installed and that's been about 8 or 9 years. They also are so soft and stand up nice, again just like new. I love the fact there is no soap used and they smell so good too.
Keep your special price 3 rooms for $99 not the new ad in paper for $119. I have 1 large Living room, 1 medium size BD room, 1 small room with very large desk and sofa bed etc and 1 very small BD room because of bed and dresser. $50 for a very small room is too high. So I could only get one of the small rooms done. Tony can tell you if he thought the small rooms were small. Sorry I don"t know sq ft of small rooms. Stanley Steamer counted them as one room but maybe because we are seniors. Husband is 82 and disabled with KIDNEY failure and COPD. I appreciated that Tony explained the things you use etc in the truck. Great young man.

The carpet looked and felt cleaner. The cleaners were great to take the time to do a good job and were very cordial. They were prompt in calling before they came and gave answers to any and all questions after the cleaning. We were very pleased and will recommend Zerorez above other carpet cleaners.
Deep clean and wonderful aroma not offensive to pets or humans
The tech was very friendly professional and fast. Also gave us some great tips to help keep our carpet looking better for a longer time period. It looks like new now and it was not looking so great before it was cleaned.

Because my carpets look phenomenal for a long long time. I always request Roy as my technician and he does an exemplary job plus is very pleasant to boot.
Scheduling when you tell someone a time frame be more accurate. You gave me a time of 1 - 6 at 5 I called to find out you close at 5, so why would you schedule for a hour after you close. The technician called at 5:05 said he was on the way, got here at 5:30, that is in the window but ridiculous. Most people plan diner between 5 - 6, so now you have a wet carpet for the next 3 - 4 hours and can't start dinner until after he leaves. The technician explained why he was so late, he went back and forth from the East side of town to the North twice, now that's a scheduling problem. You would think you have technicians staying in one area to make it more efficient to you and the customer and make the window time maybe 3 - 4 hours or less and not past 5PM. He did a good job although I asked him to go back over a couple spots. I would recommend but I will also tell people about the wait time.
Pet friendly, quick dry and smells so good. Tech's are polite and very professional.

I don't like being charged for pet treatment. It should be part of the basic service.

The carpets aren't soaked after cleaning. The fresh smell is amazing, your technician Roy is awesome and we wouldn't let anyone clean our carpets but him. The stains he is able to remove makes your carpets appear new.
