Great job
The technician was friendly, polite, and professional. The service was resonably priced, prompt, and effective.
price was a lot higher than expected and the appointment time was a bit lengthly 1pm to 6pm.
I have used Zerorez for quite a few years now and have always been satisfied with the outcome. Employees are professional, friendly, courteous and always polite. Even if there might be a problem with an overlooked spot (which only happened once) on carpet or furniture they respond quickly and correct it. I will only use Zerorez and I recommend them to family and friends all the time.
Time before last Ray Muniz did our carpet cleaning and is the reason we called Zerorez to do our carpets again. Ray did a remarkable job cleaning our carpets. He wore shoe protectors (booties) the whole time he was in our house. He was a gentleman and we were proud to have him in our home.
Day before yesterday, Monday, the Zerorez guy showed up and admitted he was fresh out of training. He got our carpets clean--no problem there. He did not wear booties and when he left we had to mop all the ceramic in the common areas as he left dirty foot prints as he walked thru the waters drips he left as he worked.
We will still have you do the work next time we need carpets cleaned--but Ray set a standard that the latest guy did not meet. Booties and attention to detail made all the difference.

Dries quickly, doesn't seem to attract additional dirt right after being cleaned.
Tech Brett performed a professional job. Making sure the customer was satisfied. I would recommend Zerorez and Brett to anybody.
Your service agent was full of information, but was judgmental on my decisions. He was also critical of the office person who helped me. The office girl was Jackie and she was very helpful. My service agent made comments about Jackie that I did not need to know. Your agent was not able to get out the dog stains in my front bedroom and made me feel bad about not paying an additional $120 to get them out. This price was above the price I was told originally that it would take to get out the animal stains.

With a sensitive family member to chemicals, the fact that he has no reaction after Zerorez after a completed cleaning is all I need to keep calling you for return visits.
My carpet is ten years old. I have taken excellent care of it, having it cleaned at least once a year(sometimes more). I expected that the dirty spots on the carpeting at the left couch be cleaned as good as the ones at the right couch. They were not.
I do not expect you to come out and setup to clean what is not that big a problem. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the job on the rest of the carpeting. I will use you again, however, I would like better attention shown on all the carpeting.

There wasn't any pressure to buy additional services/products. The tech was very professional and arranged for us to be able to go out to breakfast while he did his job, and then locked the house up. Made arrangements to have him call us so we could give him a credit card number to pay for the work.
