The Tech's were courteous but I didn't think the pricing was right. They did our carpet and it wasn't a lot of square feet to be cleaned mainly just traffic area's but they made up for it when they added cleaning our kitchen floor it just seemed the price was very steep and they said this was extra and that was extra which wasn't explained to us on the phone.
Once again we could not be happier with your company and your employee. Anthony was very professional and very courteous. He was great. Once again thank you. We'll be calling you again for our next carpet cleaning service.

It cleans beautifully and its not full of chemicals!! We had a room that had been used to the max. It was a TV room then it was a bedroom! The carpet was horrible, but it cleaned and looked fantastic!

Able to remove stains. My carpets look brand new. Plus, you technician arrived early, which was very welcome. Most companies are not very punctual, much less early. You can use my name but only if I get a price break on future services.
Too high priced... $270 for very little cleaning. Will never do it again!
What ever your process is, it works. Even though one small area had to be gone over a second time I was very happy with the results. Both young men who were here to clean were courteous, efficient and left no mess behind. This was my first time using your company but will not be the last.

The Cleaner who worked on my carpets was very professional and answered ALL my questions. His name was Jarod. I was very pleased with his service.
I had two carpeted rooms cleaned by Zerorez in April of this year for $169. There were several pet spots that needed to be treated from my mothers dog I am baby sitting. I was very pleased with the price and service and very disappointed this time with the price and service.
This time I added one more 10 x 10 room and was quoted $277. After quite a time of haggling I got him to reduce it to $212. The extra room did not have any soiled spot from the dog, it just needed a general cleaning.
My point is I was quoted three rooms for $99. I never expected to get a quote for $277 and had to haggle to get it down. We still have one spot in the living room that did not come out and the edge of the carpet in the master bedroom did not come very clean.
I love how clean the carpet gets using only water! And that dirt does not re emerge 2 days later.
this is a new procedure for my home, I really do not have any results yet as carpet was wet all night and will see what it looks like tonight. The service from Brett was very professional and a real nice experience so far.

I love the idea that there are no chemicals used on the carpets and that they are disinfected as they are cleaned. With 4 little children and lots of dirt with comings and goings that was a huge selling point for me. My children are worth more than the 69.00 carpet cleaners who use chemicals, leave the floors crusty and the stains resurface shortly after they are done. We have obviously gone that route before :). I also felt good about the employees who were sent out: Andrew and Jared were kind and efficient. I felt safe about leaving my home during they time they cleaned as well.
1. The initial cleaning was not to my satisfaction. After the carpets dried and were vacuumed, several times, streak marks were highly visible on carpets in all 3 rooms.
2. I called the compliant department the next day around 9:00am and was told that the Manager would return my call. This did not happen and I had to call back. At that time the Manager said she did not get my initial message and would have the driver return, which he did around 7:00 pm.
3. Drivers should be familiar with all types of carpets to avoid this problem in the future and should not be in a hurry to complete a job due to the lateness of the day.
4. Receptionist or person answering phone calls should make sure all messages are delivered to the manager in a timely manager to avoid the customer waiting until the end of the day to have carpet problem corrected.
