Very thorough. Technicians are always excellent in their explanation and service.
This is a rental and I did not expect all the stains to be removed but I did expect a little more then a 45 minute job and some stains to have a least faded to some degree. I listen to your add on Marc and Mercedes in the morning and I love the idea of no residue left behind but if this is the result then maybe it needs more time or chemical and a good scrubbing. The cost was a hundred and forty dollars and I think it could have been much better. Name removed Email address removed Thank your for time.

I have been a customer with Zerorez for 2 yrs and always have been extremely satisfied. I like the fact that their product is pet friendly and the service is very professional plus the carpets are dry within 6 hrs. and are not saturated and take 3 days to dry like other cleaning companies. They are the BEST and I would absolutely recommend them plus they are reasonable and always have great specials!!!

They do what they claim to do! My carpet looks great! I want to comment on Brett, who did my carpet. I found him to be extremely pleasant and professional. He is an excellent representative of your company and my carpet shows the wonderful results of his efforts and the product.
All natural products used. Quick and efficient. Friendly staff. However, did not come on the day I was scheduled for which left my house in disarray. I called the following morning and they were able to get some out within five hours.
