Professional service and friendly techs.
No odor, dries quickly and looks like a brand new carpet. Another plus was Andrew, he was very personable and respectful.
I gotta admit to everyone, I was more than just a little bit skeptical in the beginning,"empowered water" no soaps, no chemicals, yea right how's the carpet gonna come clean without soaps and chemicals? But you know Jerod Phipps from ZeroRez of Las Vegas he started to work his magic on our dirty, dog living in the house, carpets which hadn't been cleaned in maybe two years and it wasn't to long after he got started that I was made a believer.
Jerod called about 1 hour to tell us when he'd arrive. He arrived when he said he would. After putting his booties on and canvased our one level Las Vegas valley, 17 year old house that still has the origonal lite colored carpets in it to see what the job entailed and immediately after that got to work. Jerod pre treated those areas that the dog spends her down time in, I thought those area's would never come clean. Well after he was finished the house looks like someone came in and installed new carpets!Jerod is well versed on all the cleaning equipment that his truck is equipped with. After the completion of the job the carpets remained only slightly damp, which is to be expected, not soaked like with others that I have used in the past and dried in about 3 to 4 hours, not 24 hours.
The bottom line here is this, in this town where you get what you pay for, can you go cheaper?---sure you can, will the end result be what ZeroRez of Las Vegas achieved in my house? --- In my humble opinion probably not. The choice is yours. Treat yourself to the best, you deserve it! ZeroRez

I had some pet stains removed...i just noticed stiff carpet in one of the areas that the extractor must not have pulled yhe solution out. Aside from that carpet looks good.

Your guys are the BEST. Always great service, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. My last guy, I think his name was Bret, was AWESOME. Very knowledgable and diligent. Two thumbs up. I recommend Zerorez all the time to people. I don't know if they call, but I tell them to!

After my carpets were cleaned and dry most of the same spots were still there. I was very disappointed. I would probably not recommend zero res to a friend. A family member recommended zero res to me raving about how wonderful they are. I did not share this same experience. The technician was very nice and the service was prompt, but not up to par.

Your employee, Jan, was excellent. Friendly and polite and worked hard. I would like to make sure that management knows that in NO WAY should this reflect on him. He did an excellent job, he was punctual and everything I would expect! I WAS pretty disappointed though in the fact that my carpets, which are less than 2 years old and were expensive, don't really look that much cleaner. I understand some things will not come out, but regular dirt from shoes should come out no problem. My carpet is still dirty looking in some places, mostly on the stairs. I watched Jan put the pre-treatment on the spots I pointed out, but they still don't look clean. For everything that I've heard about this company, I expected them to look better than they do. If possible, I would like to have the stairs and a few smaller spots re-cleaned in an attempt to get them closer to the expectations I had.
