I liked it was easy to schedule and the results are great. My only suggestion would be to have a single room fee that is cheaper than the two/three room rate so customers could try your service.
Knowledgeable and courteous Technicians. This is the second time I utilized this service and both times I was very pleased.
The carpets are so wet and take 24 hours to dry. I think you could make several more passes of just suctioning the water out of the carpet. I ran fans on the carpets to help dry them,plus spread toeels on them to absorb the water. It certainly did not take 4-6 hours to dry. Otherwise,very dirty stairs are clean again. Just for a freshness feel, scented peppermint water. It would suggest to the client their carpet is not only steam cleaned but freshened.
