The technicians where knowledgable and courteous. They came in and looked over the carpet and explained that the pet stains may or may not come out completely due to how long they had been there. They then went to cleaning the carpet and gave extra attention to the problem areas I had. They did an amazing job for what they were dealing with. My only issue was the window of time that they give for appointments. The carpet looks better now than when I moved in and the pets stains are hardly noticeable. I am úber pleased with Zerorez.

This is the second time I've used zerorez. everything went great. We have one stair (out of 18), that looks like it may have been missed.
But the first time I used zerorez, on of our rooms didn't turn out very clean. I commented on this survey, tried to call and leave a message at the local office, and finally gave up on any recourse. So I wish the local office was easier to get ahold of and I wish there was more follow up.
