Both the service and the product. At least 50 percent is service. If you don't have the right person you have a good product that can't be sold. Have the right person and your product will be sold!

I am not at all disappointed with Zerorez. You did a fine job. It is a practice of mine to not make recommendtions.
I liked that I could actually see the dirt and filth that was coming out of my carpet. There's no doubt that zerorez did a much better job than other competitors that we've used before.
I like how I was able to get my carpet cleaned the same day that I called. That was very nice when the night before my kids were throwing up all over the house.

The steam cleaning versus chemical used in the water. Although, spraying prior to the cleaning is somewhat the same as using in the water, right?

Your technician was able to remove all the dirt that had settled in the heavy traffic areas and also the black spots throughout the living room which I was concerned about.

can't say anything about product to give an opinion because do not have comparisons. services were very good. need time to see how long the carpet can stay clean.
The technician was several hours late (apparently we were his 4th or 5th customer that day so he was overbooked.) I didn't find out this until I called 30 minutes before the end of the 8-1 window we were given.
