I have lived in the same apartment since 2005 and this is the best cleaning my carpets ever had. The carpets are old and some of the stains will never be 100%, but Jared (your technician) did a great job. The citrus scent was a little strong, but after an hour or so it was fine.

how clean our carpets are without chemicals
The carpet always feels soft....not crunchy. If a more extensive deep cleaning is required, a quote is given before the work is done. Workers are neat and clean and pleasant. Service is always top notch.

I had carpet and tile cleaned in our new home. The technician and his associate assured me after looking over the floors that I would be very satisfied with the finished work and if I wasn't they would return to correct any problems. When I called for a follow up appointment to address problem areas I had to deal with an unhappy employee with a negative attitude. When the problem still wasn't corrected I called to let the company know, a manager and new technician was sent to see if they could do a better job. The manager told me he was unable to get the grout clean and that he would talk with his manager. I received a call to let me know that they would offer me a $75.00 refund for a $601.00 charge for the tile cleaning. I was insulted, even after the refund amount was later changed to $150.00 At the bottom of your invoice it states "We want your cleaning experience to be the best you have ever had. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all work performed and promise to return to resolve any problems with workmanship quality within 15 days of original service. All product purchases come with a 15 day money back guarantee. No returns after 15 days of receipt." I feel I paid way too much for the quality of work and inconvenience. As I stated, you are the experts not me and I was told I would be 100% satisfied with your patented cleaning system.
Your products are great. Your prices seem fair in comparison to other companies,and your work crews are knowledgeable,especially Tony our crew leader.
One area that may need a little attention is job planning, getting the work crew on site in a timely manner so that the job can be completed on time. In our case it was not a huge problem, however,some customers might not feel the same way. In any case I would not
hesitate to recommend Zero Rez to anyone needing your services. Special thanks again to Tony (last name unknown) he held the job togeather and deserves speial consideration.
