My carpets look great. Zerorez was able to send someone out the same day I called with my emergency. Jan, the service provider, was very personable and had the carpets cleaned in no time.
Your customer service is extraordinary. I also like the fact that you don't use chemicals. Your staff are very knowledgeable and really work hard to provided excellent service.
This is the second time we have used Zerorex. I am very pleased with the scheduling, the reminder call and then the 30 minute before they arrive call. You can't ask for anymore than that. Roy came to the house this time. He was very helpful, very thorough cared about my concerns and will certainly be requesting him in 3 months. I am so happy with the carpets. Thank you Zerorez. Also I have (veneer) hardwood flooring which was filthy, dried white substance after carpets were cleaned. The last time I hired you the process took much longer than this past cleaning, perhaps you were in a hurry to serve your next client.
I have had about three other carpet cleaners and your process is the best and stays cleaner a lot longer. I have already recommended to my sister and daughter.

Well me and my wife almost fainted when we saw how fantastic our carpet came out.We had just had Stanley steamer out and they told us they couldn't get the traffic stains out,My carpet looked Worce when they left and I had to pay for them too spread the dirt out more.Your technistion Kamel did a test spot and we couldn't believe our eyes our carpet looked brand new again it's only three years old,I'm gonna have your company back to do the rest of the house,We will never have any other company in to clean our carpets AGAIN!!!
